The English version seems to cut off in the middle. I think this is the rest of the lyrics translated. However, I have a few reservations about adding them to the English version since:
1. I'm pretty new to the translation biz
2. I've seen two different sets of romanji lyrics that have things transliterated differently.
I'm hoping someone will see this who is more proficient at Japanese than I, and correct it.
First of all, the title Shinobu Sanjou! means "Shinobu the Disaster Area."
Now on with the lyrics, starting where the original left off.
Usually studying seriously and firmly
The TV version did a check on the historical manga
Take a deep breath and close your eyes for a number of nights
Ninja arts are delivering kindness!
1,2,3,4 Oh my, that's weird***
Don't worry, don't worry about guessing energetic man
Every good thing has something bad with it*
1,2,3,4 meow and cat-like things
The cat-like things must be received
Look! It's worth a laugh to everyone
Surely someday Shinobu will run with the best
1,2,3,4, oh my, that's weird
to be honest, to be honest, I make a lot of mistakes**1
Watch this, this time it's ninja stars
1,2,3,4 somehow practice**2
Go for it sometime, smart Kaede
Show me the power for complete destruction
Tomorrow I'll practice more with the throwing knives to be the ninja Shinobu
1,2,3,4 being versitile ups your worth
absolutely, absolutely something good will happen
There are a lot more of us hidden in the briars
1,2,3,4 use that by all means, right?
Earth mine, earth mine and a festival-like feeling
Without knowing why, I came to a stop
Everyone will cry at the powerful ninja tomorrow
* literally, "every house has cat's clothing."
** This is but one of the many lines where things don't match in the two versions. The alternate version of #1 would be "big time, big time with a lot of mistakes." The alternate version of #2 is "1,2,3,4 hopefully this will work"
there are others, but the meaning is essentially the same on them.
*** Literally, "1,2,3,4 chronological order doesn't exist."
Additionally, I would add a footnote to the first line. Kunoichi is a somewhat colorful Japanese word that can mean "female ninja," "whore" and "bimbo." Since Shinobu isn't very bright, this is probably a pun.
