Do you happen to have the source of these "official" lyrics, because I've seen a few different fansubs who've got similar but different lyrics, and some on Nico that are different still. I also found a live version of the song on Nico that sounds even less like these lyrics.
So, by nowhere near complete, you mean the original source of these (I assume the CD jacket for HAKAI), has these few lines but the rest missing?

they are official, just nowhere near complete. engrish is hard to discern sometimes, and like 2/3 of the song isn't even here.
