I believe he's saying unless YOU have a CD jacket that shows the lyrics as "out of darkness, a world of silence," they should be left as-is from a reliable source.

uta-net s usually a reliable source. I don;t think they accept user submitted lyrics without a source, so unless you have a CD jacket or something that shows different, better leave them as they are.

OK. First of all...I'm not sure about the validity of the website where the Kanji lyrics were found, even the romanized version of it, and second, for the part where it says 'a world of darkness, a world of silence', it's not actually that. When I was listening to that particular part...though it's very hard to hear because it's in a whisper (sort of)...it's actually 'Out of darkness, a world of silence'.
