@ evil_kitty I like your drawings-!! -- I might post mine later. I just need to get a hold with the scanner + my dad's laptop.. even though I just used in using my own computers.. but this time, I can scan images, so I'll probably put up images. But don't feel so happy about this, cos' I'm not sure yet..

@evil kitty : Wehehehe....anyway, why don't you try the same trick as me ? Cause your drawing is nice but the line is unclear....just change the brightness or the tone. I'm using my friend's computer right now, so i can't place new pict.. Maybe later.   |

?????? I actually got comments for that drawing? It's not even that great in my opinion (yes, yes, I know I'm being too hard on myself ;p ) Thank you guys. It's nice to see some new things too. @cerestial: nice job as always. Very, very cute. ^^ @infiltrate: not only are you pretty, but you are talented too ^^ Both pics look really great. While Uta looks demure in the first one she shows a naughty/mischievious (?) side in the second. I vote for the second one though. I don't think this is considered anime, but I'm posting it here anyway since this thread doesn't seem to be that active anymore. I just finished this one today. Took me about a day and a half I think. This was a gift for one of our moderators Sachiel who helped me out with a little problem with my avvy and sig. Lucky him, he get's to see the original size ^^ I hope he gets it. Click thumnail to fullview.  Why is her face covered? Because it just turned out that way that's all. Originally I wanted to draw her without her hood on. Now all you see is the evil grin on her face, heh heh. This pic was meant as a practice work on details in clothing and design since I lack a litle bit in that department. Some of the credit for the inspiration of this drawing is for this guy from deviantart who I think makes the most beautiful details in his clothes and character designs. wow, nice drawings infiltrate. Their both freakin awsome ^^ Same with yours evil_kitty, yours is awsome as well ^.^ I used to draw anime, even though it wasn't as good as I had hoped it to be, the fact that I could was goon enough for me, and I tried to get better at it, but some stuff happened, now I cant draw anymore T_T, but luckly before my scanner died, I scanned my last pic I drew........3 or 4 years ago? This thread is not the same without ur colouring skills ^^ @Kayin: for a drawing done 3, 4 years ago I can tell that u put a lot of effort into it. I'm a bit lost with the backgorund though. Are those flower petals? Hehe and the pokemon makes a cute touch. Now what do your drawing skills look like now? I hope u can post a recent one soon too ^^ Oh yeah, as for your request, sure you can borrow one of mine. I suck in colouring anyway. I posted some in this thread already so take ur pick, u'll have to find them urself though heh heh ^^; n don't forget to credit the artist who drew it too. And uh, the outliner pen? @Cerestial Lau: O_O!!! Oh wow, I love it. Its very good and detailed in everything and the shadows good job ^.^ @evil kitty: The person standing there is how I used to draw male characters. The outliner can be on any I choose, but its not nessesary. I found a way to do it (Not sure how well it would turn out since I've never tried it but its worth a shot), and the background.........he said it was sakura treese.........dunno if it really is, but eh, it at least fills up the page. Its a clean, well drawn, and outlined (from my computer screen) image. I will put your name on it at the bottom when Im done. (I dont like stealing others art work, especally when they put so much work into it.) A month ago, I found someone and they drew and outlined a picture, then uploaded it on Deviant saying "Everyone can just take the image and color it," and I finished that one. Once I get my computer up and running, I will post it up showing a general level of how the picture might look like colored. But thanks again for letting me try and color your art evil kitty ^-^ |

cerestial: *sways happily from side to side* ur drawings always have such smooth clean lines. The characters look vaguely familiar. I dunno. Is the drawing style from the same person who did fushigi yugi? ...Yuu...Watase? (just guessing ^^; ) Kayin: Ur welcome. And good luck with the outlining. Oh wow its all a challenge, I spent about 4 hours....cant do it the lazy way, gotta do this the harder way.......my printer/scanner died T_T so Im gonna hav'ta free-hand color it. Gonna take even longer ^^ (a good thing too, i need to stay busy, too much free time). Wish my bro didnt destory that graphics tablet he had for the pc ¬_¬ |

 Well... That's a picture i made out of total randomness when i'm checking out this thread... Suddenly i have an urge to draw something and BANG he's done... -_- And i luckily have a chance to use my friend's scanner... I don't have one T_T I drew it with pencil and i edit and clean some part with photoshop, so the lines looks thicker (though i overdid it in some parts...) Original character, there's not even a name for him... What do you guys think of him? @Cerestial Lau yo, i was looking at this thread again recently and i see some of your pictures. Now i'm your fan... O.o your drawings are all nice! Anyway, i wanted to ask something, how did you make all the bubble-like stuffs in that last pic? Did you make thosewith just pencil?? @evil-kitty i've been looking through some of your pictures as well and i find that you draw hairs very beautifully... I like them! Well, not only the hair though, you draw those characters nicely too, but i'm really impressed by the way you draw the hair ^^ |

@sai Wow, it's really awesome sai! the like the way you shade it @cerestrial Lau it's really beautiful and the guy is really gorgous! ^_^ oh the bubble effect is really great, it give of such a peacefull feeling and thier facial expresion compliments it dead on. oh and your shading skill is really great! @kitty I'm back! finally I got the camera 'lol' it's not really clean like everyone elses work cause I'm only using a camera and i don't know how to use a photoshop -_- I'm posting everything I have.... here goes..... colored: Titile: The Misress of Frypan     half finished 'lol'   non-colored   the lower body is really bad -_- SUBARU SEISHIROU |

@Sai: Watever, sai. The lines doesn't look overdone to me. But watever u did to it I like it! ^^ It's even more cleaner than mine (my thief girl pic) and I used photoshop on it too, haha! I wish I could have that same effect on my thief girl. I'm jealous, heh heh. Did Bleach have anything to do with the inspiration of the character design? Just asking and I like the pose ^^ Poses are also something I need to work on :p Thanks for the comment. Did you know that nearly everyone says that about my drawings? (the hair) I always wonder what it is that make em' like the hair so much X3 Maybe it's because I'm more focused on the hair than I am on my character designs, heh heh @Hisoka: YAY! Coloured pics! Nothing beats any drawing than a coloured drawing. I'm not saying that I don't like tradional art either. It's just that a bit of colour always helps to give the characters more life. As usual you're colouring skills are great! I see some original chrarcters too. U coloured some of ur old drawings didn't you? Hee hee. (....at least I think it is XD ) Don't worry about the body propotions. U can always redo it if u're not satisfied. Took me awhile to know how to draw anatomy. The only one I'm having trouble on is MALE anatomy. Who here knows how to draw their own ORIGINAL characters SHIRTLESS?!? I know I don't! (working on it though XD) Btw, did you know that I had to pose in the mirror just to get thief girl's pose? Let me tell you. Pose like that even JUST for awhile hurts like hell! Xb ...For me that is XD Can't wait for more ^^ |

@evil kitty Bleach huh... Well, this is my own drawing style, i'm not trying to imitate any mangaka's style of drawing or anything. But of course, many styles of drawings that i've seen up until now affects my style as well. The problem is, actually i don't even know which manga affects my drawing style ^^; Personally i think i'm affected by FMA's drawing style, but when i compare with any of my drawings, it looks different... Maybe it's Bleach after all? I'm not really sure... :P But... What makes you think it's bleach? Anyway, i like the way you draw the hair because they're so detailed (the lines and everything). Plus it's neat... I'm having troubles in drawing hairs neatly, especially long ones... -_- |

@Sai: Since we're on the subject, heh heh, I think the reason why I thought about you-no-wat of your character is because of his hair. Kinda reminds me of Ichigo's in a way ^^; *read's last sentence* Hee, hee. Hair's my specialty. Maybe we can do a collab together and I can help you with that ^^ Aniways, practice makes perfect.
