And I mean really really good!!!!! @Hmmmm: See? You are good after all!!!! Hehe, I used to play Pokemon, too :P My favorite was Gold/ Silver! I loved catching all of the legendary birds... (what were their names?!) I think...it was Ho-ho? I named it Conker as in Conker's Bad Fur Day :P Anyhoo, your drawings have drastically improved! Don't let anybody dampen your spirits! ... @ kura kura That is a lovely pic....it's good you're trying to follow in Silent Soldier's footsteps....he's an excellent example on what happens if you work hard at stuff. I hope one day you can be that good as well! @ dark Ooooh! a self portrait eh?! The girls must go after you at a regular basis don't they? With those good looks you'll have to beat them away with a stick! ^^ Anyways nice work on Dark...ummm Dark :) @ hmmmmm Well it was well worth the wait to see your artwork. from the 1st pic to the following ones i can see you have worked to improve your style. Everything is very original which i admire since originality will set you apart from other artist. Woww everyone here is soo amazing! I have a question for all the fantastic artists who posted in this string... Well, when I draw, I shade using the good old colored pencils. I know there are several different ways of shading and coloring though, how do you guys do yours? Also, does anyone use screen tone? I know that's how it is professionally done, but I don't understand how to use it. ^^'

Soooo sorry that I can't comment on all of your latest arts since I've been offline, I was suffering the sickness of tonsillitis for 2 days, and to add that, the connection now is reeeeally slow and I can't somehow access to gendou. But now, I gotten well and the connection seems to be going fine by the least. Although I DID browse through your works that means there isn't one work that I haven't missed dattebayo~! Now, let's see...all I have to do is to comment on this page, at least~! @ hmmmm Oyaaa~!! You draw comics better than I am~! I've been drawing comics throughout my entire life, but they were left unfinished all the time dattebayo~ Y_Y were you manage to finish the comic? @ Dragonfly Painting is always my weakness~!! Because it involves proper hand movements and avoid unnecessary mistakes like, "CLUMSINESS" (which I'm good at). You're really great at painting cloths, Dragonfly dattebayo~~! Sugoi desu~ @ Mars: I'm sure some days you'll be able to do it; just believe in yourself; ne ^_^ and practice too =D So, ganbatte kudasai~ @ raruntsu: Too bad you dont have a scanner; perhaps you can ask ur friend to lend you a digital camera; so you can actually capture ur drawing and post it up =D Eto, it sounds troublesome though ~_~; The archer is awesome, especially it was done with colour pencil. I've alwz admire ppl who knows how to paint with color pencils; I'll mess up my artwork when it comes to color. @ Tori: You're also fantastic; your willingness to learn is a credit =D I heard, back then mangaka has to buy screen tone sets to do all the cutting and pasting; but right now it could be done using Adobe Photoshop. Relieved at last ..... now back to the topic. @Dragonfly Thanks for your compliment . It's not easy putting lots of characters into it . I got to plan EVERYTHING ..... from head to toe , NO ERRORS ALLOWED !! Swt..... and it took me about ..... I can't really remember how long (maybe about 2 to 3 days , I think) , but drawing 600++ pokemons of my creation took me about 2 years + (from end 1999 to mid 2001) So , good luck and enjoy on your travel (that's a cool work you have there) @~~Gackt Lover Thanks , but I'm still not good enough yet . So , I'll try to fix my probs ^^. The two legendary bird's name are Ho-oh and Lugia (I have a exellent memory , I even can remember the first time I drew something at the age of 6! Don't worry . @Chidori ochibi Hee... Your paint skill is still as good as ever, if not better... But there's one thing you can still improve there... Ever tried to make a variation on the thickness of the lines? If you can do that i'm sure the picture will look even better... @Shinji Hey, those are nice pictures of rosette you got there! I like that girl... One of the strongest girls around! :D Ahh, finally i get my hands on my friend's scanner again... (that's so sad... T_T) . I have 3 new drawings now, 2 are still in the cleaning process, and here's the other one... It's kinda large, so i'll use a thumbnail... This picture is... Well, just a result of me messing up with my pencil... And some editing by photoshop... heheh... :P Believe it or not, the first thing that comes to my mind when i finished this picture is the word "cute!" -_-*

I remember you were one of the first person to comment on my drawing WAYYYY back....so thank you! @ hmmmm You're welcome ^^ That's very interesting...so you create games out of your drawings? That's really cool! That's a first here in this thread! So are they like "choose your own adventure" style kind of games or something else? You sparked my curiousity. @ raruntsu (sigh)....more talented artist that can color well.....Oh!? sorry just talking to myself. Finally , after several days trying to get into the photobucket webpage , manage to enter it , GOD .. BLESS ...... ME ...*^l^* . But that's another story when it comes to uploading pics ..... )l . @Sai It is a good work , but ..... to be honest , the man who is staring at me ..... , is giving me the chills (lesser than one of the ninja soup's work , but still creepy enough ((O.O)) ) , but still , nice job! @Izumo Games out of drawing ? well , I can say 'partly yes' , cause there are games that dosen't even relate to my drawing at all , for example , pinball drawn on to a book (a total of 70+ pinball sets and it's created when I'm 7) and others which only Malaysians know this game (18+ mini games in total and the time it takes for me to do this game is from when I'm 7 till now) . Others than mini games , there are bigger games created like my version of 'pokemon' (well , I'm the victim to this own game of mine in the sense that I have to be the machine to this game , with sound effect , ratio things(?) , blah blah blah , blah blah blah , ..... SWT*) , adventure games , like a final fantasy based game style , and even a game based on the dungeons & dragons rules (remember the first comic ? It was originated from this game I've mentioned) and lots more (lost count *.*) And yes , the artworks you see recently is not from pencils , it's from art pens :P . this one (I'm posting next) is pencil made. ah.................. at least manage to bring in few pics at least -_-* . Here it is ..... this one is one of my practice drawing , enviroment testing . (did you see the bunny ? that is one of the character in my first comic) *Drawn just after my major halt for two years - took me ~ 8-10 hours) this is also one of my practice drawing , human studies . *Also on the same - took me ~ 4-5 hours) this is drawn for fun ^^ , but it's still a part of practice drawing . The theme is 'Festival Celebration In Malaysia' (from left (in pair) : christmas , "Deepavali" , "Hari Raya" , and Chinese New Year . *Also on the same time - took me ~ 6-8 hours) That's it again , my webpage has gone back to it's major slowdown again ..... and again ...... and again ....................... and again .............................. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
