@Imppy: Thanks. But I'm not half as good as Katsuomori and Silent Soldier ^^ I'm sure you can make some detailed pictures of your own too. It'll take some time , but I'm sure you can do it. @mp4c: For some reason I get this old school feel from your drawing. I like ^^ What pens did you use for this by the way? Especially the parts that sorta look brown? @Rabbit: Thank you very much :3 @ROQ: Thanks. I like your piece on FFXII too. Then again I LOVE drawings like Pame who loves pictures. Oh, a critique? Umm...do I have too? I always tend to give positive reviews. Well, ok. If I must, my only issue would be that the picture is too fuzzy ^^; Other than that I think the picture is fine. It's evident that you can draw. With a little work and pratice it could turn out better. ^^  |

@Rei: That is a very good picture! Advice? hmm..... The only thing that I would consider drawing differently would be to draw the face a bit longer. Other than that, it is gorgeous!! Post more! @Dragonfly: Very nice! ....The person in the bottom left of your first pic looks like InuYasha! Very cool, although I'm not sure you intended it. Keep it up! I'm also a "furry" artist, I draw furries like wolves, tigers that are human-like everytime dattebayo~! I'll try to draw chibi Roxas, it's been a while ever since I've played Kingdom Hearts, as well as drew them (=3=) I was trying to practice and try out my manga-coloring skills tebayo~ so I cropped a part of my upcoming art and colored Sasuke, manga style oωo NOTE: This isn't the finished piece, it's just a trial and an "experiment". The original version will be coming up soon dattebayo~!  Eep~ I still have a long way to go on making doujinshi Y-Y |

Sorry I could'nt reply to all of you as I am extremely busy with my project. Now, we've been given a day break (today), and I'm using a part of my break time looking at your artworks and giving some comments. And yes, the guy who was with me in the last post is not free, so I'll be doing it alone. But I have to do it in a direct way as time don't allow me to further comment more. I'll be giving my personal mark from now on too (%) as Mp4c-san requested. To Evil Kitty-san, From what I see, it has a little 'mannerism' style of drawing, or to be more clearer it has a little "CLAMP" feature in it. Though it don't have shadings on it, but it is a clean work with artistic decoration on it and with such detail. Good work on it. My mark : 76% but it will be higher with shadings (minimally will do). To Mp4c-san, Oh, you add grey into your work. Nice work there too because there is additional lines and different thickness in lines in this drawing. In addition to that, there is a background, although simple but it's there, so it make a difference, which is I'm able to tell that she's not floating and I'm viewing it in a slight bird's eye view. This is a jumpstart for you to be much better. My mark : 79% good job! Before I forget, what kind of pen you're using? If it is a gel pen, this kind of pen don't work well in creating great drawings as it has an 'urge' to leak a lot of ink upon contact with the paper, creating spots, inconsistent lines and at times, jammed into the paper if the paper is too thin. It only works well on papers that do not absorb inks, but this create new problem which once drawn, it won't dry immediately, and will get pen smudge on contact. If I were to say which pen works best in art, probably pigment pens will do, and not dry ink pens as dry inks are SPECIFIED only for WRITING but not for drawing. And the best pens of all(from what I know) is artpens, but it comes with a hafty price. But pencils is the best for substitute. To Roqstar-san, It's a good work too. The Final Fantasy Series is one of the best and SquareEnix is a great company too. And I admire works of Hironobu Sakaguchi and musics done by Nobuo Uematsu. In addition to that, you play with line quality too. But the figures are a little disproportioned. Don't worry, this is common for copying from the actual ones, don't be mad, ok? My mark : 77% Good work! To Schala"Kid"Zeal-san, First time drawing? from this drawing, it is ok for the first ever made by you. Interesting is that you know a little in shadings and more on details (especially the flowers). I would say well done ! I believe it can be better one day. Don't give up. My mark : 62% To Imppy-san, For the first drawing, it's great. And I believe this is an above average to me and without any obvious errors. My mark : 83% For the second one, again, great work on the screentone effect. It's great with no obvious errors too. Keep it up. My mark : 84% To Rei-san, No wonder I'm unable to use the name 'rei' because you're 'Rei' too. And it's near similar than mine(Rei Ayanami (Neon Genesis Evangelion) = Rei Ayanesa (My Name)), this is suprising. For your drawing, it's very neat and tidy, a good work too with no flaw. And you have a neat writing too, I should say congratulations for such work. My mark : 75% It can be improved more, and I believe that it can be better than before. To Tonbo-san,(Dragonfly) Oh, a comic? You draw too? It is very brightly coloured, and this kind of feature might attract readers attention. But I would'nt say it's bad as I know, it's not easy making a comic yet alone 9 pages. I might say it's a great effort and I hope you succeed in completing your comic. And I think the language you're using right now is Spanish, I think? (It could be wrong, I'm just guessing) My mark : 82% Keep up the good work. To Silent Soldier, Oh, you say that you're uncertain on what you want to be with that special gift of yours? It's ok, I'm just asking after all. To be honest, the future is up to you to decide, not me nor no one else in this world, just you. So, good luck in the future. |
