Well.. The second season of this exciting anime is here... Today 7/6/07 the first episode called "Reunion" reveals some things about UFO's, Virus and a mysterious Gas that killed ALL Hinamizawa Village... And we see one character... ADULT! Is.. Rena... Well... that girl know how to scream all of us... xD See this Episode... and all Thursdays are Higurashi Kai!. Bye! |

The only thing that puzzled me is...why is Keiichi dead? i thought he was supposedly the survivor of that mysterious gas leak... |

It made me wonder too.... dunno... with all those arcs with different stories, we might have mistook this arc with the arc in which keiichi's suppose to be the survivor -.- btw, the adult rena is pretty! XD |

Definitely this serie is freaky! xD! I have those questions too! Seems like the 1st episode is a Prologue, i don't know... But something is sure... Yeah,From what I heard in the Minagoroshi-hen will be told in Rika's point of view... We can finally see who the "other Rika" is. I haven't played the orginal game though so I don't know... |

I just watched the 1st episode~ Do you think that its okay to watch the 2nd season when I didn't even finish the 1st one.... -_- Do you need to know something from the 1st season in order to understand the 2nd season?  |

I think it's okay to watch the 2nd season because most of the time the whole thing just goes over and over BUT, you wouldn't be able to appreciate the second season if you did not watch the first and you may not be able to relate in some parts of the story. -__-Heed, my advice: Watch the first season before you watch the rest of the 2nd season and after episode 15 try to make your own conclusion of what happened you'd be surprised with the ending.. This is just my advice-__- |

The first arc of the second season is an anime only arc, which means it doesn't appear in the game. Every arcs have different survivors, but according to a source, there's one person who survives in all arcs: Takano.(highlight for the name) I haven't seen the first episode yet, but I really want to see it soon! :)   |

@Kay: The nurse. The one close to the photographer. Remember now? Although some subs are out, I'm waiting for a more "trustworthy" group to sub it. I don't want to watch subs where the translators don't even know that "ha" reads "wa" when used as a particle. |

Didn't Takano burn to death in one of the last arcs? Least, that's what I recall. Plus the first ep of the sequel said so... |

not sure about that one either...wikipedia said that Takano went missing and a body that is believed to be hers was found in the mountains, all burnt up. so there's a chance that it might be Takano or someone else. so there's a chance that she's either alive, or is already burnt up. but most of the arcs points to one direction, Takano being missing. and that's the main point. nobody knows what actually happens to her...except for 7th Expansion that is... |

Episode 2 is cute alright XD. But the beginning and ending parts intrigues me alot, about how Rika was surprised that Keiichi being able to remember something from a different Hinamizawa(last episode of first season) and how she still remembers lots of things from the different Hinamizawas(her speech from the beginning said so) |
