Manga Artist Influence on Anime

| I'm curious as to how much say the manga artist has say wise in the making of an anime based off of his own manga, i have heard a few things that they get little to no influence in the making which would explain why alot of anime predecessors don't catch the essence of the manga i'd put up examples but i want to avoid pissing off any said people who may be fans of the anime.. lol |

usually the story and events that occur in a manga differ from the actual anime...... maybe thats why  |
