THE DISORDER FILES.

IM making this thread just to know how many of us at gendou. HAVE been born with a health disorder. AS for me I was born with ( SCD ) it is a genetically inhearited blood disorder, that make my red blood cells more eliptical and as a result they dont carry the right amount of oxygen in my body. ITS not a debilitating disorder, but sometimes because not enought oxygen is in ones body this can cause a crises. WHICH involve intence pain in the entier body. I have had so many that I have lost count, when this happens, I will just have to spend a night in the hospital with some I.V, liquids.

Aww...that's so sad...:( I don't think it's fair for ppl to be born with health disorders...it's just not right...but we can't help it, tho. :( |

That's too bad. I hope you get well one day, or hopefully very soon. I dont think I have a health disorder but a couple of my friends do. About 2-3 months back, my friend Jeff, had his appendix taken out. Apparently they exploded, and when that happens, it can take your life away so im grateful god saved him!!

THANKS for the simpathy both of you, I hope that I get alot of people to come forward who have disorders, to just talk and also I wonder if anyone else has ( SCD ) on this site

I dont have SCD , I dont exactly know what it is but I suppose its somewhat similar with my disease ; Alpha thalessminia . Its a hemoglobin disorder =/  |

wow, that's a confusing disorder name, imagine doctors having to know this stuff for like 20 years all in their heads...I can't do that!

YO CROSSFADE, first of all what race origin are you, THERE are 3 main forms of sickle cell diseas. THERES scd, sct, and scda. THE worst form of scd is scda I think your form is simaler to this. ALSO do sometimes have pain crises. SCD can affect white,black,indian,and mexican races, sorry if im not that pollitically correct, but this is bigger than that.

@ Taishi : Im chinese , what bout you? There's actually a known cure to these genetically diseases .. But its still under research . Look up for a product called encode. |

i dont have any health problems, i am actually physically fit but it saddens me to know people suffering from any illness. I hope you get well soon and never again stay at the hospital for months. Crossfade, it aint obvious that u have health problem. You look very healthy and happy in the pictures. ^_^    |

this one girl in my grade(not in any classes together, thank you..) is like 5 months pregnant(ninth grade now)..with some older High school fag who doesnt have a job and dropped out of school...I feel sorry for them. Acutally sometimes you would laught KuJi because on t.v they have commercials, in school they warn you a million times, you hear it from your parents, I tell my friends all the time(and THEY BETTER)..yet they still do, but if they're that hungry, whatever...im not getting involved, that's a lot of pressure on me...!!

@Ayeca: Well , alpha thalessminia is nothing something physical its more internal then external but the point is people with my disease , aren't supposed to smoke , sleep late or drink alcohol . Im doing all of those =3 But I exercise alot , so its not that bad I guess. |

well...i dont have any disease , but i have high cholesterol...duno y..i m like 40 kg and i have high cholesterol...and i am only 18 ..weird rite??? but i din acturelly went for any doctors...hope my stupid cholesterol wont cause me any trouble as i get older...i dont want to die because of stroke..thats scaring..

Otaku: I laugh at ppl who get HIV because of careless sex, but those who were born with the disease and don't even have a chance to avoid it don't deserve getting laughed at... |

i have some kind of heart condition and i cant do hard activities....(hard excersise,ddr,strenous activity) i played ddr anyway and almost paid the price with my life..... |
