I'm sure everyone has those nights where you close your eyes but you just can't sleep... you know you're very tired yet you can't rest. So what do you do? For me, I just break out my mp3 player and listen while I stare at the ceiling.    |

Try to sleep once more, maybe get a cold drink of water, or just start taling with myself, eventually get tired of that, lol, and go to sleep.

I don't have much trouble sleeping. I read a lot and it makes me tired. But if I can't sleep, a glass of milk or some NyQuil always does the trick.

| i listen to anime songs...on my iPod...and somehow fall asleep. then in the morning the first thing i hear in the morning is naruto songs. it makes me happy >.< |

| I think out the problem at hand. Usually I can't sleep because I am stressed or I am excited about something. I just mull it over in my head then tell myself I'd think better if I slept on it. |

just keep on thingking sumthing, mine usually day-dreaming (even if it's nite out there...^-^) sumtimes, help me get nu inspirations.... or maybe eating. yes, food makes us sleep faster, specially chocolate ^x^  |

smoke..huff and puff..hehe..and sumtimes wen the nights are cold..i call my gf and drink a bottle of beer..and she doesnt know about it..nyahahahaha! but always..i usually go outside our home and just stare at nothing..thinking..smoking..and waiting for mr.sleepy to pass me..nyehehehe!  |

If I can't sleep then I don't sleep. I then lack energy during the day and sleep well the next night.  Jomunga eats your avatars. |

when i can't sleep..i'll online.. but it'll make me stay awake the whole night in the end..so not a good idea for those who can't sleep and want to try to go to sleep
