hey chaepstake^_^ well,i think i'm am a person who functions based on my mood too. my choice of songs probably dpends on my mood as well...but sometimes the songs can influence my mood instead. being such an emotional n moody person,i change everyday. what kind of songs do u listen to?my fav 'sad' song is solitaire from chrno crusade..it saddens me so much that although it's the most played song on my itunes list,i always change it when it starts to play!   |

hiya Audishah and NEEYA Yeah i listen to naruto music too but not they're heaps more gd music out there I reckon Solitaire does build up an atomosphere too. Talking about sad songs that gets u up memory lane have you heard of Gravity in Wolf's Rain its quite moody. Yep and also we should make a new debate topic, please give some suggestions cause i think communicating in forums are so exciting Give some thought to it, Hope to cya soon Cheapskate or is it like u say.............chaepskate? |

I listen to anime music because I watched the series. Or, I watched the series because i love the music. Music composition defines the inside of the anime, tatoeba Yuki Kajiura's composition, always come to an anime with deep plot or touching scenes. I can't imagine Cardcaptor Sakura with Yuki Kajiura making the composition. It's like DiGi Charat OP song using Bethoven's #5. Absurd.

| I would say that I'm not a moody person...but when I listen to the music...it changes my moods from sad to happy to feeling energised to sad and so forth...it's because I get caught up in the music and I just go with the flow especially to anime that I have seen because it reminds me of it...I love all the music from the anime that I have seen or wanting to see... |

The music I listen to largely depends on the lyrics. I love a song with a lot of meaning to it, that can be applied to a lot of different things. Also, if I'm in a calmer mood, I don't want to listen to loud raucious music (for example, 'Realize' from Gundam Seed)...I'd rather listen to something like 'Find the Way'. |

cheapstake, gravity is good!i love it too ^_^ okay, does anyone has any anime which is good but somehow the soundtracks r not as good? probably the musics r nothing to boast about..my list: gundam seed n gs destiny. sorry, to me, there r only a few good songs in those series.any healthy arguments? ^_^ |

Hiya minasan! Cheapskate is scribbling again. I think i have also listened to music due to the anime i watch. 90% of my music list is from anime!!! Does anyone know what kait said about maaya Sukamoto and yoko ishida? Artists huh...i'll search it up To Aoi Azzura i agree that music defines the anime. Its got a definite role huh. Hey Audishah!!! dont you reckon some songs in one piece arn't gd but the anime is great. Just like gundam. P.S yeah Gravity is soooo gooood....... I'm still stuck on it! Laters |

Hmmm... I usually listen to rock music like crawling by Linkin Park or anything loud and rebelious, it helps me relax and relieve stress.

@jap wannabe, hahhaa..ok, i think not all one piece songs r all great but d thing is, when u listen to one piece songs, u get into straw hat mood quickly!!n i feel happy!!hahahaa..instead of hearing to gundam songs..i get..i donno..i jz njoy d songs, i can't relate that well wth d story^^ sometimes i listen 2 instrumental songs..don't u guys too? instrumentals really put you into d mood n get all d feelings inside nee? |

| I listen to songs based more on the activity than mood I'm in sometimes, if driving listen to "cool" songs like "highway chase form FF AC, and if taking a shower dramatic music like Kenshin and Sailor Moon, if exercising "hard" anime songs like from 80's anime, but if I'm working on my computer I usually just listen to a wide variety of songs in my "Faves" colection, does that mean work is multi-moody, LOL? |

instrumental songs sets a definite atmoshphere huh? I agree hmm.... someone suggested that listening to music in the shower Thats really really raelly gd! Too bad i cant do it in my cramped bathroom! nowadays, when i'm singing, i'll sing very passionately. my mouth would really sing them^^ not jz simply open slightly,it's like i'm feeling d songs^^..but i'll b careful not to let everyone see me though.haha |
