Is this the first anime that is cooking genre? This anime is really old because it was made since 1987. Yuuichi Ajiyoshi, a boy that knows how to cook in a young age. He makes many different kinds of foods in different styles. He won many challenges against the very best chefs around the world. With the help of his mother and friends especially the head chef of the Culinary Association , he never gives up. I wonder if Yakitate! Japan's Kazuma Azuma and this boy collide. Why kazuma? Because in this very old anime, the reaction while eating Yuuichi's food is like the reaction of Kuroyanagi. What are your comments?

I still haven't watched the whole series... but here in the philipines it's being aired at heero channel... and its back to back with Yakitate Japan... >> I heard from my friend that even though it was made around the 1980s it's still is a good anime to watch... It think i'll watch it maybe sometime today.  |
