I'm taking a leap here and guessing that you have a video with dual language audio. In which case you might be able to look for a choice of which one to play with the video.

If not, here's where things get complicated.

  1. You need to remove both tracks of audio from the movie through a editing software. Note: just about any video editing software should work here.

  2. You then need to seperate out the dual tracks into (I assume) english and japanese. Note: this can be done with most audio editing software, but many do not perform this function

  3. You then can re-dub the video with the aforementioned video editing software.

Be aware: The quality and timing of the audio may be off when you try to re-dub it. Also there is no gaureentee that the audio is seperable from the video, many videos contain protection that prevents the removal of the audio (ripping) through reputable ways. I am not legaly allowed to say anything about that, but hey, that's what's google's for.

Some subs are not removable so you have to live with it. Others all you have to do is go to the subtitles selection and turn them off. Lastly, train yourself to ignore them. I actually like seeing them there sometimes since the hero says one thing and the sub says something else. The best example of that is "Those who hunt elves".

Easy. Right-click -> Language -> ... uh, er, select whatever language you want.

It doesn't sound like you have an ogg audio codec? I mean, if you're hearing both language tracks, you don't have a codec to split them. I'm pulling things out of my hat right now, so if nothing makes sense, sue me. :/
