zo and ze i've seen both used in the same context

"Tanomu-zo" "Tanomu-Ze"

as for ja

"So-ja" for refrence yoruichi from Bleach seems to use it frequently

and the last one i can't draw up anything but it seems to be assosciated with another dialect from what i've seen..

these are dialectical speech aberrations.

zo and ze are very masculine.
ja is kanto (tokyo region) ben (dialect).
ya is kansai (osaka region) ben.

Much appriciated!,

can i ask what word should be put in place of Zo,Ze,Ya,Ja

By that i mean like do they just go in place of desu, or is it just randomly slapped on there?

yes, you can put です in their place for translation purposes.
