bootleg are risky

i go on ebay and buy dvds for cheaper and met several differ bootleg some are rip off with dvd that don't work or skip and frezze but those are the one that come with dvd design on them and case. while i brought others with no design and no case but the graphic and the way i watch it is no differ from the real thing. change audio and change subtitles and perfect graphic. i mean some look nice but the package isn't while other look plain but inside is great. it would be nice if both would be the same but it's almost impossible. i mean great graphic and nice dvds design is hard when you want to pay less. what im saying is would you pay more for the real thing or go with the risk.

This is one hell of a topic. Well, I go with the risk. In my country, originals anime, dorama cds and dvds are ALL SUCK. A lot of problem, i.e:horrible dubbing, terrible subtitling, and also unbelievale high price. Anyway, sorry if I'm off topic. I just understand your last line, so I choose the later. |

In my country you wouldn't find anime dvds if you don't know where to look unless of course you order online. There are people who sell pirated anime with horrible dubbing or subtitles. I'll stick to downloading, a little slow but free.

Hmm, I understand your situation. Much alike with my country. Bad pirated is all over the place. But because I studied Japanese for a quite while, I prefer buying these pireated ones because it's alot cheaper and I have many left to save. Although the subtitle is worst among the worst, I will manage to understand 80%of them(Don't hate me because I'm so narcisst,hate me for my good-looking...NOt!Just kidding!) Hah! NOt even the originals nor the pirated is realiable. Go FANSUBS anime!For the sake of the future of humanity! |
