Hey how many of you people have anime and manga at your libary?? You see Today while I searched deperately for a book in my Hifh school Libary, I saw an entire section literally devoted to Anime and manga! I only skimped through in 5 seconds but I saw The entire Trigun series on dvd, also I spotted Gundam seed and Seed destiny, Even flame of Recca, In terms of Manga I saw a lot but the only title I saw was Cardcaptor sakura. This is sereiously cool because I can just check out the dvd's for free (Yay! even better than blockbuster!) and as long as I return it within a week, I can check out as many as I want! Anyways there's a lot more and I'm planning to spend a lot more time in the libary! |

Yeah, we had Kenshin novels and very old vidoes of Akira from way back in the day, before most of you were born! |

Meeeeee!! My library has LOTS of manga!! And I have access to the whole collection of manga from all libraries in Washington! All I have to do is place a hold, and they'll deliver the book to your local library. ^________^ |

I''m angry at our School Library. YOu see The bookstore... named.. national bookstore sells a manga called WALLFLOWER/PErfect girl evolution/Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge it was only sold for 300 pesos while the other manga's were bought at 400 plus pesos T.T I bought every manga they sell... then one day lady kotori went to our school library and found the manga's of WALLFLOWER~ wah~ I don't want anybody else know about that manga~ curse you library *insert epic picture here* |

What with being completely broke almost all the time, everything that comes into my hands has to come from people I know or from the library! Our local library doesn't really have that much stuff (Fushigi yuugi, Neon Genesis Evangelion, few volumes of Kare Kano, Furuba, Rave Master, and some random volumes of Ranma 1/2). Good thing there's a branch system with more manga and anime! =) The only thing I hate is when there's a waiting list! It takes forever!! |

My public library has a large selection of manga thanks to Viz's push a few years back of offering low cost manga to school and public libraries. They got the first couple Ranma and Urusei Yatsura GN's and kept going from there. As of last count the manga collection was 312 books which is a nice selcection for a city 0f 30,000. I was even more pleased when they started to bring in some o the Dark Horse manga series mainly Oh My Goddess Phoenix, Buddah and Akira. |

uh hi... I hope I not intruding but my library kind sucks too. THey not have very many manga. Half a shelf at most. So I just order from other library!
~"I had a dream" someone once told me, "In my dream I was falling and I thought I was going to die. But then someone caught me and said the words 'I love you.' When I woke up from the dream I thought. 'one day it will happen. Maybe not now maybe not even in ten years, but someday, someday.' Then I got up but on my way to school my bike went off the side of a very small bridge. I was afraid that this time I might actually get hurt for real but then he caught me. It wasn't the man of my dreams no, it was even better. It was the man I loved."

My library only has Spirited Away, Pokemon, and Initial D, so it sucks. But anyway, what's so special about the library? I can sit in comfy chairs and read free books at Barns & Noble if I so desire, with the added bonus of Starbucks coffee and snot-free pages.
"You know what? I can't tell if you're brilliant or retarted." "Ah, I get that a lot."
