I'd like to ask people what's so great about to these crappified sources of gaming info. @ E3 and all game developers~ All right, we get to see 20 seconds of a game we've been told about for years. Whoopdy do. Somwtimes you don't even get that, you get a joke trailor you didn't want to see and never will again. Finally, the thing that really pissses me off about E3 is when they show a trailor that has ALREADY been shown, or they add some insignificant crap to it. I will never forget the time I heard they allowed people to play 20 minutes of Twilight princess at one of these things; if that was an actual copy, I ask you, Cartman style, "what's the big f***ing deal, bitch"? Was playing an entire hour of the game going to give them enough time to copy the code into their eyes so they could reproduce the game at home? Or maybe Nintendo are a$$holes now! Are there game-stealing terrorists waiting around the corner, is that why you had to conceal every aspect of the game and tease us so? Can they have the money they spent to come here back, please? Oh and thanks for the FF7 remake trailor and then saying it may or may not be made into a game! Way to reward our years of faithfulness. |

I agree, companies like sony, microsoft, and nintendo pride themselves on how secertive the are on new or hot titles. However if you ask me they shouldnt be that secretive, in fact they should be widley open about the games I mean we are the people who play them and get into them. Shouldnt we have the right to see what some of us will put soo many hours into, virtually becoming apart of the games world? |

G4 TV...yeah... ...this is exactly what we should have tried to stop or worry about for years and it has come true. A channel that reduces vieo games to nothing more than pop culture! As if you can ever find anything interesting on this channel, and in a world of a variety of gamers their just isn't enough for everybody on this crap-channel. True Morgan Webb story: I was at this tournament a while ago and Morgan Webb showed up for the Halo portion (but none of the other games though). We called ou to her, "Hey , Morgan Webb!" and she totally ignored us. Such tournaments would not exist and her "industry" would not exist if it wasn't for us gamers and if it wasn't for the competetive aspect of games the genres would not evolve. The least she could have done was waved at us. However I do have to thank the old version of the show, X-Play (I forgot its old name), for introduce me to Guilty Gear! What happened to that show, and that channel, oit had s much potential! It makes me think about the industry in general, it could become like this! Shishio gives Morgan Webb a much deserved 1 out of 5. Game over! |

Shishio, morga webb is hella crazy. Not as crazy as adam sesslar (I spelled his name wrong on purpose) but still crazy. You're right in that she should respect what little fan base she may have, bhowver it looks like she's dropping the ball. I give her attitude 1 frypan hit out of five. |

EGM'S IGNORANCE There is more that needs to be said, but this explains a lot about EGM. |

I totally agree that G4 is the crappiest network on cable television. Come on, Attack of the Show? WTF! Everything on that channel is crap. I can't wait for it to disappear or atleast be bought off by someone else. I used to watch TechTV back in the day and they had some great shows. I learned a lot about computers when I was 12 years old because of that. Then one day they got bought off by G4. They don't even talk about video games that much. The world will be better off when G4 is off the air! |

"Square Enix's initial response to our inquiry about whether the tech demo is suggestive of a full game in the works fell in the realm of a carefully worded corporate response. The reps noted that, as was mentioned at E3, the demo was created to show just how powerful the PlayStation 3 technology is. As a result, it's a tech demo only and is not intended to indicate that a PS3 remake of FFVII is presently under active development by the company." Gamespot News: FFVII Tech Demo From this... i firmly held my ground to being neutral... until an official announcement came forth from the company itself... i wasn't gonna expect anything... Speaking of which... EGM did start this "remake" hype... proves how much EGM is degrading... i would also like to comment on adam and morgan.... i dont know what they are doing... but unfortunately... the "aggressive"-ness of their comments and reactions are just too much... The Image that they are making of themselves is sickening... so what if it doesnt look/play great... you dont have to... er... add "horrendous" comments to it... Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

How amazingly insightful. I always though that I was one of the few who thought this way. Well, E3 is over with. Whatever wrongs it committed will probably be forgot soon enough. e3 is now an only press conference, so all those stupid joke trailers will serve little purpose. However, it must be said that E3 for developers is somewhat mandatory. It's a source of publicity a few months before the fall and Christmas seasons. Everyone tries to take advantage of this, regardless of whether or not the game is even partially done. That's why there are so many vague trailers. It's annoying but understandible. For the Zelda demo players, they've waited over a year for one game. Even an hour is orgasmically wonderful for them. Morgan Webb is interesting. You can't blame her for hating fans though, considering how everyday she checks the message boards on the XPlay site, someone's calling her a man or a lame non gamer or any other insult. She's simply stopped listening. It happens. And yes G4 sucks very much! |

We said "Hey, Morgan Webb!" in a nice way. It's not like we were mooning her or flashing our c***s at her or something. There was no excuse for her to at least not wave to us, that was plain rude, it would be considering if she was any other person too. An hour may be orgasmic, but they could have had more, why only give them a taste? As rapper 50Cent would say, "Don't be so grimy, Nintendo"! |

I think its time we let this go shishio. We all agree morgan's a b***h and that electronic gaming monthly doesnt know what they're talking about. Lets move on to something else that we hate, like dolphins for instance I hate motha f***in dolphins. Also about the whole demo argument, to keep people hooked on the game the prolong its release to build up hype and anticipation. I dont like this at all but I dont think they will change anything just because its cumbersome to us gamers. So I say screw you game publishers, i'll eventually play your stupid game and enjoy myself. And that's that. WORD, FEO OUT! |

@Shishio-san, I'm absolutely sure you were polite, but you never know for what reasons someone does anything until you ask them. It seems somewhat closeminded to condemn her for not simply saying hi. But hey, it's fine either way, what happened happened and we each moved on. An an hour taste whets the appetite. If they gave gamers a full serving, no one would be as excited for it when it did come out. There's a feeling of longing that can only be satiated by the game and the desire for more. It's a clever marketing tool. Also, the process of making a demo while simultaneously making a game is grueling, we should be grateful for what we get. The world of games is a pain sometimes. |

An hour does not constitute a full serving anymore than taking turns playing the game with other fanatics over the course of E3 would have. We would have anticipated it all the same, shorter demos or not. I'm saying the twenty minute demo was another insult by the game corporations, they could have had unlimited time as well at E3 and we would have wanted it just the same. They paid to get in. They were loyal gamers, often game store owners are allowed there. They deserved a full demo, it would not have been the end of Zelda. The reliable quality of the game is the marketing tool, the full demo would have made no difference, since the majority of us are already looking forward to it, and knowing people had already beaten Ganon or played it a little would not have changed anything. And if some crazy spoiler cam ealong, I have enough faith EGM won't leak it, they and other game mags often don't even when they have the chance, and gamers who have leaked spoilers on the Net only fuels rumors and make us long to prove/disprove rumors more, like when we all heard Tidus came back in 10-2, a lot of people played through a game they disliked to see it for themsleves! You said: If they gave gamers a full serving, no one would be as excited for it when it did come out. But that was just those few gamers at E3. So the scenario would look like this: Person A: "Oh, EGM took pics of the new Ganon. And ONE guy there already beat the game there." Person B: "Yeah, I saw em'. Now I don't want to play Twilight Princess at all." Person C: "Me neither. Let's go buy "Halo 3" or "Disney Pixar's Cars" the video game instead." Yeah, that sounds like a realistic scenario Nintendo had to fear, so OK, twenty minute demos for all! The demo was in no way justified, but I'm afraid we will never agree on that, and this is a continuing problem every year. That is why I say, "E3...why God?" |

Well, you know the game's out in a little over a month...the demo will be completely moot by then. And as you probably know, E3 is deader than American television media creativity. It's an all press thing now, no gamers. Therefore, demos will be a comepletely pointless to complain about, since gamers don't even get those until about 4 months later. Well, demo thing aside, the gaming industry is a flawed one, but it's ours nonetheless. I realy wish gamers had more of a say in the industry they keep alive, but alas that is not to be. As long as gamers keep buying generic crap that's released for quick cash, developers will keep doing that. It's a vicious cycle of ignorance and capitalism. Oh well, the only thing we as gamers can do is bend over and take it. |

We are entering a very unique time in games now, many of the things today haven't happened for many years or not at all; so maybe something will come along that will make the community for gamers and not corporations. |

Coorporations run the united states shishio, to harbor some belief that this will change anytime soon is quite silly. The coorporations just want to make money and no matter how much we hate to buy there products unders such ridiculous conditions, we're going to do it anyway. Thats the sad truth about our world and I hope someday this changes. |
