Anyone cosplaying at Anime North 2005?

Hey, I'm going to Anime North this year in Toronto, Ontario. I'm cosplaying as Zala Athrun from Gundam SEED Destiny, Sohma Hatori from Fruits Basket and Asuka Tachibana from s-CRY-ed. Are there any other people going to Anime North and who are cosplaying? If so, who are you going as so I can scout you out! ^^ |

I didn't even know that it was going to be... no wait, everything here in Canada happens in Toronto. ^^" I've been on anime relapse for a while... unless I happen to get my car fixed, I don't think I would be going. I might have gone as Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi. :D she and I have the same appetite.

I would go as Vash the Stampede, but i cant get my hands on a Red leather trench coat like his.... I've seen them, but cant find them anywhere else

Seph - You can make make one out of wood or if you really need one, resort to using those cheap plastic chinatown quality swords. Not AS long, but would have to do. Neon Gen Eva - For Vash, my friend who cosplayed as Vash sewed a red trenchcoat together. You can't really find one in a store, it has to be made. If you don't want to sew one, commission. Dee - Yes, everything in Canada happens in Toronto. XD.. at least.. every event that's really big and worth going to ^^;; |

| Actually i know where to get a real masamune...the thing is that it is about 7 feet long...no sheathe....it cost about $300 and it has an edge to hit so i would need to dull it....it also depends on when that online store gets them in...so mabe i will go with i cheap plastic replica, Zephiris. |

| I think that even if you dull it, security would confiscate it even though you try to get it peacebonded. I mean, they even confiscated STYROFOAM swords last year. It would be best to either find a sheathe or make one yourself if you'd like to use a real masamune. |
