People always have different opinions as to how to go about solving a problem. Mine for instance. I'm 5' 10" and have never gone past 150 lbs. I never was overweight or anything before, nor were either of my parents. This whole time I'm taking college classes, sometimes I get so wrapped up I forget to eat. Of course this has its consequences. Now whenever I rest my head on the back of my hand, I can really feel my cheekbone more than anything else. I'm not obsessed with trying to lose weight. Quite the opposite. So far I'm trying to eat as often as I can but still keep exercise a part of daily life. Any suggestions? Thanks very much. |

I think I feel you on this topic. YOu're gonna feel your cheekbones anyway even if you gain some weight. That is just your skull structure, I get the same thing. The only thing that will take away from that is building your jaw muscles or getting a little chub on there. Seeing as I think you're leannig more towards the muscle side I'll start you off and help as much as I can. The first step is to set a goal for yourself, weight, strength, eating habits, that kinda stuff. If you post that I'll drop as much knowledge as I have on ways to do it. |

See I have the same problem you do, I am also taking college level classes and I always find myself with tons of homework. I go to school with an empty stomach and never eat at lunch since the food is like ewww... I don't really have much of a wise advice to give you, all I can tell you is to eat as much as you can, but don't stop doing exercise, exercise is to make you healthy, just because you exercise does not mean that you are gonna lose weight and get all skinny, fat people lose weight because they have too much extra fat, skinny people don't. So yeah, you should keep on exercising. |

Same here!!! But I'm not trying to lose weight. Stress does make me lose weight. |

you should take a balanced diet, enough sleep and exercise. for diet, should eat more food with carbohydrate, fat and protein if you want to gain weight, and dont skip meals. getting enough sleep is essential for your whole health. good sleeping pattern will help your body to regulate hormonal changes normally. and some hormones are influenced by our sleeping pattern. and some of the hormones also influence the appetite and our body metabolisms. thats why stress can lead to weight loss. i dont know much about exercise, but you should exercise moderately and concentrate on exercises that can build muscles. once i saw "extreme makeover", the tv show where they change the appearance of some ordinary person. there's one guy, who's so thin that the personal trainer asked him to eat and eat and eat anything he wants, even those not too healthy food like ice creams and oily food. then he exercised regularly to build his muscles. so, he gained weight and also stay healthy. |

Have 3 meals a day. Have more fruits. Exercise regulary. Sleep early and there, you should be able to regain what you want. Put in determination. |
