Anyone a big fan of genshiken. the new ovas have been announced at ANN and vol 9 is coming up soon. my fave episodes are the ones where they went to comicfest. also the beach one and the 1st 2 eps. my fave manga volume is 5 definitely. and the quote "how dare you whack off to my oguie!" |

I've watched the anime, and i've find out the truth... If what is shown in that anime is true, then... Japan is quite a scary place huh? O.o But it is interesting to see the life of otakus like that... Well, no really my favorite, but still good ^^ |

| yeah...I have seen Genshiken...I thought it was hilarious...especially how the Kanji beats everyone in video games without really trying...it's soooo cool...totally beats them senseless...hehehe... |

Loved the series, too bad instead of a second season, they went with Kujibiki Unbalance... bleh <.<  Light... it can't end like this! |

yeah, I just read the first volume. I sooo wanna read more! It's really interesting. I especially love how the otaku culture is taken so seriously, it makes me laugh when they think they've been offended by Saki. I hope I can read more soon!  |

i love genshiken ^^, i think what's cool with the anime is that it shows a kind of environment everyone secretly wants--to be accepted by everyone. i want that too. |

I'm watching the first season now... Very interesting concept... it's funny how they portrayed the life of otakus... my otaku-ish life is nothing compared to the members of genshiken. it made me think twice if i really am an otaku. *_*] if you love this anime, i think you'll love 'NHK ni Youkoso' too... they're really similar but NHK is more serious and emotional though... |

i'm watching season 2 of genshiken... this season is better than the first season! the animation really improved.. thumbs up to the producers! -- what's with episode 5?! OMFG... ogiue really has a naughty mind... *_* this is the first time i've watched yaoi. wah! for a TV series, i wonder how the TV station got away with those censored scenes O_O they should at least tone it down cause i felt sick watching it... well, that's life ^^; but overall, i just laughed at how they portrayed this episode. |

yes you said it!hahahaha it was a big WTF moment hahaha but bishie version of madarame...BWHAHAHAHAHAHA i never thought the yaoi culture was this...weird hahaha wait until you reach the part with the american yaoi fans...THE HORROR hahaha still my fave part in this series is how ohno seduced tanaka with erogames hahahaha and the ending...hahaha nice! its like watching your friends move on hahahaha |

^ ohno x tanaka! ftw! \m/ I'm starting to love season 2 of genshiken... minus the yaoi part though... i can't believe i finished watching episode 5.. haha... i want more ogiue x sasahara! i wonder how things will work out for those two. ogiue's tsundere personality is so cute... the ogiue cosplay is very good but kuchiki's cosplay is more disturbing. +_+ |
