If you read the comments, you would have seen that somebody else had something like that happen to their six year old daughter. Apparently, she turned away from the drinking fountain too quickly and brushed against some kids crotch and now has it in her permanent record that she sexually assaulted him. Are people these days on crack?

who invented those rules anyways?doesn't they know that a kid snuggling someone is their way of showing affection? i had my sister snuggled me when i was young and i don't see anything wrong...or my niece snuggling me, and it's not wrong either(she likes to snuggle XD). if my niece were to be in such a school, i think i'd burn that school down... |

What do you expect, schools these days are run by Eva Braun and Hitler. They don't want you to show any affection. Just forget about the people who are actually TRYING to offend somebody, just pay attention to those innocent children who don't comprehend that their actions are offensive.

America is just so screwed up nowadays. They worry about not offeneding anyone but then they do stupid stuff like this. Did they even freaking talk to the teacher's aid? What do she think about this?

WTF is this~? some full of crap @___@ damn~ that teacher has some issues >:O I'm glad I'm not in that country >,> I mean, look, the child didn't even know what caused him to be suspended! 4 Yrs old...okay, that's Nursery in Kindergarten, right? So, I would probably say kids in kindergarten don't really need to abide with the rules since they don't understand anything yet and they're still at a basic level when they need to learn new things from their teacher. I am so pissed @___@  |

Something similar to that happened over here in Canada. On Valentine's Day a kindergartener (5 years old) saw his father give his mother a gift then kiss her on the cheek. So he went to school and gave a girl in his class a gift and a kiss on the cheek. The girls mother saw this and filed for a restraining order, the child was suspended, and such. Its all garbage. To impose law upon a child that can barely spell his own name is just moronic.

I have kids jumping on me all the time~ I mean, I have a baby sister. Then another little sister who's currently in Grade 3. But do you see me complaining? [wait.. how can you see exactly? O.o??? anywhoo~ The other day I played with some kids... we were laying with the confetti..This little girl dumped a lot of confetti on my head, then this other girl tried to take out all of the confetti that were still on my head. But the way she was taking it was painful... I mean... she was LITERALLY whacking my head! My head hurts. My friend was laughing.. even with my head aching and the girl whacking my head I laughed. Can they just not see the humor in it? And this little boy, I don't even know who he is or where he came from, is always clinging on me for reasons unknown... but I didn't report it to the authorities or something... geez~ @Engineer: O_O WTH?! that was just over-reacting! wah~

....w0w..... School administrators these days are.......really something else that kid was only goddam 4. u can't expect a kid that young to understand those types of thing -_- yup, ppl are really over-reacting  |

seriously, a child that small doesn't understand anything of that sort. Why punish him for something the child doesn't even know was bad? Jeez. I mean, they act like this kid's going to be a pedofile one day! I don't know. I actually find this a bit funny that adults (whom I'm sure very well know how children are) are taking this so seriously.
