Have you ever sat down to watch a series with high expectations or good recommendations from friends/websites (etc) and just thought ".....lame.."? Well tell us about it!! =P (Us being lonely old me.. TToTT)  |

| Shuffle! and Black Cat come to mind. The animation and art styles looked good, but they ended up unexciting and uninteresting to me. |

| Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch is definitely one of the lamest anime I've ever seen. It was recommended to me by someone who compared it to the ever awesome Full Moon wo Sagashite, but it (MMPPP) ended up being a dreary Monster-a-Day anime with bad vocals (despite music being a central theme), horrible animation, and the most shallow characters ever. Very disappointing! |

To me any anime that focuses so much on target appeal (with subjects such as image, music, etc.) that it ends up losing focus on the anime itself (content, story, characters, etc.) is pretty lame, in fact it's downright Grease level (I liked the movie even if it...WAS pretty lame). Examples would be... Any anime that is made/sponsored by Fox/Kids WB. Pretty much all of the anime listed already... Dragon Boosters (I don't even know if this is anime, but it just sucks so badly that I had to list it.) Ragnarok (The graphics did it for me.) Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch (Really, it just isn't very enjoyable.) Don't Leave Me Alone Daisy (If she does, than I sure as hell know why.) End of Summer (Pretty much blend every harem/high school together, add some cow testicles and you get this lame show.) Wrath of the Ninja (The have sulleyed the ninja name. Which probably isn't that hard.)

LOL Sorry guys, but.... One Piece, Zatch Bell (this show burns my ass with the voice acting... and the visual), Yu-Gi-Oh! Went to sh*t because 4kids touched it... along with GX and any other YuGiOh crap, Beyblade got boring... they should have stopped! Pokemon, also got ruined, Bobobo-bobobobo is so horrible I can't even watch it, er and lots more. But what really burns my ass isn't an anime. Its called Thumb Wrestling Federation, and it comes on before Naruto, making everything after it 10 minutes late!!! UERRGHDSGH So when I want to watch Eureka Seven, I have to suffer through 10 minutes of InuYasha.... *dies*  |

Ano... People keep mentioning anime that's been dubbed by Fox/4 Kids/Kids WB/whatever, but those shows weren't necessarily lame originally; their dubbed versions are lame because companies dubbed them poorly and over-edited them to make them "suitable for American kids." Dubs, especially the early stuff (Sailor Moon, the original Pokemon, DBZ, etc), give anime a bad name, and that's why I hate them v.v;; Anyway, my point is, these shows have been ruined for the rest of us by dub corporations, so don't blame the anime, blame the dubbers! ...I'll get off my soap-box now ^^; |

I will have to say Noir The atmosphere was so lame and boring. Each episode is like the same where they go and shoot bad guys with out any fancy moves, just go so board of it. |

mushishi - talk about spirits and supernatural and all the time, mostly in the jungle or somewhere far from civilization. Desert punk - if not because of the ecchi elements in the series I'll rate it at the most boring series I've ever seen so far. |

| One piece!!! My god i like the manga (sorta) but i was shot down by Luffy's vocal ><. they f***ed up the storyline with editing and overall messed everything up |
