XBOX 360 problem

Okay I just bought a 360 from best buy. The next day when i was playing it it started freezing. I shut the system off and and waited. When i turned it back on I was able to play for 15 mins. before it froze. It kept repeating this so I took it back for a different one. When I got home I pluged the new one in and after 20 minutes it froze. And keeps freezing. plz someone help  |

It's more than likely the game itself. Freezes usually happen when the game disc cannot be read for whatever reason. If your sure it's not the game then the Best Buy you got it from must have received a faulty shipment.    |

And make sure the ones you're getting from Best Buy are BRAND NEW! The absolute best thing to do, however, is to inform Microsoft and go with your warranty. Of course it would take time for you to ship the equipment and have it brought back. Only do that if you have patience.    |

Also, if your going to stick with Best Buy and not go with the warranty then I suggest telling Best Buy about it and asking for them to inspect because like I said it's possible their shipment were all faulty, but like Rice said, you should consider sending in to Microsoft even though it will take more time. At least they will make sure it's good. (Hopefully.) |
