Romance&Drama vs Action&Adventure ?

| Personally I prefer romance and drama... Its so wonderful to see how a relation can develop. Well there are some good action and adventure too like Kenshin but i get tired of all this fighting after a while. Well its just my opinion. What about yours ? |

| I am neutral about this, you can´t define an anime quality by it´s gender, i´ve seen quite a lot of both and i feel confident in saying that you can be happy with both (specialy if you find a romance e drama e action e adventure e comedy on, wow that rocks). well anything with laser beams, missiles and mechas apeal to me, so i am a lost cause |

I am more an action/adventure person with a little bit of romance thrown in. I need blood and gore to make me happy. If it is too muchy it just can't keep my attetion...unless it's Yaoi. (sorry)

i Like both, fighting can get way too drawn out everyone, gets sick of animes where theres like 4 baddies, and you fight each one, taking like 5 episodes a guy, soooo long. But naruto does that an i still love it. Romance animes get repetitive but its great when something actually happens cos youre so attached. The best is an anime with it all!!!

I guess this is something you can't really choose. for me, I need all actually. I mean, if the entire anime just happened to be about relationships, it would get boring after a while, and will be rather difficult to really capture the audience's attention. I mean, how many plots involving relationships can there be? One way or another, they all turn out similar. As for pure Action and Adventure, it would be kinda boring after a while too. I mean, if you're gonna spend like 5 episodes plus fighting one guy after another, it'll be a tad bit irritating... So I guess a mixture of both would be great.

| If I have to choose between romance/drama or action/adventure.. I prefer both! And besides, anime wouldn't be awesome without the fighting, the blood, the gore, the smooching, even some bed scenes... But the essence of fighting is for the one they love... And they love that special someone so they'll fight for what their hearts believe in... Get my drift? |

| Humh... If you only allow us to chose one, I would chose Romance, but without the drama. I'm the type of person that simply cannot stand sad endings. But without having to fight for the one they love, it won't be as fun/good for the anime, though |

I say Romance&Drama b/c A) I can't watch/read pure fighting scence more than once or twice B) They don't all end tha same,an example is "The Demon Ororon"(4 volume series)that manga is great but I hate, I hate, I hate the ending. But that wont stop me from reading it over & over agian. But I think you do have to have some kind of fighting(drama)in it or it would not be worth reading/watching over & over. Same goes for the other side too. B/c w/out GOOD reason to fight whats the use of watching it? And too much fighting &/or too of long of fighting is justa turn off to me. (example is DBZ where it took 15-20 episodes for a fighting seen when the planet was to blow up in 5 mins.)

Why don't we combine all? Romance Drama Action Adventure? I like Romance Fighting (Not Action or Adventure).. Drama also sometimes.. Mostly in my stories I always add romance drama fighting

I'm a big softy so i'm a sucker for these Romance/drama series.....that doesn't mean i don't like action/adventure. My fave series are Sailormoon, Kannazuki no Miko, Ah! my Goddess, Shuffle!, Tenchi.....so you get the idea. Ever seen those new EA sports commercials with Adam Morrison for NBA live 2007...."more people should cry"  |

I animes like Fate/Stay Night and Erementar Gerad... They both include Action, Adventure, Romance and Drama. I like animes that has all of the genres (A,A,R & D) |
