Free Comic Book Day??

| Hello ^^ (sorry if this is already somewhere, I couldn't find it in any searches) does anyone have a free comic book day in their area (sorry about the grammar) coming soon?? I was so sad when nobody from my school was going!! Anyone going to a place near you?? (Or have no idea what I'm typing about?) |

umm...Pretty much free comic books (haha) sorry, that's a bad explanation but I've only gone once before. Pretty sure there are activities and stuff but last year it was on the same day as my SAT, so I didn't go (no energy left ^^) and the year before that I stopped in really quick w/my dad and brother and they were both bored to tears so I only stayed a tiny bit. But this year I made a squid outfit for superhero day in school (I was SUPER SQUID bwahahaha!!!!!!!!!) and I was going to wear it!!!! wooooo but I didn't want to go alone -_- (sorry this last part doesn't really explain it or have anything to do with it, I was just SO excited about my Super Squid, it was really something in school...huge, orange, and flappy legs ^^ wahahaha!!) |

Free comic book day? Hmmm... We don't have that event in our area. But we do have a book fair... (Sorry if I've gone off-topic...)

Psh, I wish we had a day like that. Well, if there was manga that is. I'm not too big on normal comics. But yeah, that sounds pretty awesome XO

Our local comic book is having an anniversary sale. Everything will be half off, and there will be free food around noon. Is this what you meant?

Wow, what a bump... =.=` A year later, near the same time so I guess it can be used as "anytime soon?" rofl. The answer from me, no. I don't really read comics. I don't even read manga, really. D: The only comics I get for "free" are in the daily newspaper, baby. ^_~`

My, this thread was created like one year ago o.o You mean free to read comic books as long as you don't bring it home? well, some bookstore allow that here.
