Weird CPU Problem

I wonder if this is not right but i recently made a second computer with a Pentium D 805 with identical parts like case, fans and psu but im getting idle temps of 65C and 72 load so i checked mobo bios and it says on their "smart" (more like dumb) fan it's suppose activate on 45C or something like that and it does the fan is blowing and i know my air flow and room temps are good like my environment temp is 75 F so is there something wrong with proc cause i know i installed the hs/f correctly and i applied about a rice grain sized amount of Arctic Silver 5 like your suppose to so ummmm is it a computer problem? I have a similar build but with a Core 2 Duo e6600 and a Pentium D 940 and both of those are 40 C load so....is it a cpu problem or my fault?  |
