No, you most certainly may NOT ask questions ALREADY addressed in the FAQ! And another thing, how come people think that by saying "I'm not requesting" you can turn your request into some sort of pan-request, or pseudo-request, or would-be-request, or what have you?! Does that actually work in ANY part of life, much less on the Internet? "Mom, I'm not requesting money from you, but I need $40 to buy some pants." "Dr. Brown, I'm not requesting medical attention, but could you take a look at this compound fracture of my leg?" "Hello, I'm not booking a flight with your fine airline, but I'd just like some tickets from Vancouver to DC on July 23th on flight 3359." "May I ask? I'm not requesting. Could we maybe go out for a few drinks, then go back to my place and make passionate love? It's not like I'm asking you for sex or anything, I just want to insert my love rod into you, move it back and forth at a feverish pace, then fill you with my potent seed.
