Have any of you guys heard of the new anime that has come out called "Peace Maker"? I read some of the manga and i have seen the first two DVDs and i think it is a funny anime. It has kind of a Rurouni Kenshin type of funny to it :) So if you guys have heard about it talk about it here all you want |

Ive seen the first episode. The theme song is really cool. But I personally like Rurouni Kenshin better. Good Anime!!!!  |

| I agree Kenshin is still a better anime but i am still going to give Peace Maker a try and see how it turns out. |

| seen whole thing, it is realy good, it is similar to kenshin. not sure which i prefer, cuz kenshin started to get boring in the late eps, while peace maker was short, but good through out, and they can easily have another season added to it, which most likly they will, (hopefully :)) |

Erm just some info...Samurai X is about what is happening outside the magi government while Peace maker is within the Magi Government,thats why it's similiar...

| actually, peacemaker kurogane and the 1st rurouni kenshin ova are set in the last years of the edo era, which is prior to the meiji restoration. in the 1st rurouni kenshin ova, kenshin and his fellow imperialist rebels fight for the creation of the meiji government. in peacemaker, on the other hand, tetsunosuke and his fellow shinsengumi fight to protect the shogunate and prevent the meiji supporters from taking over. |

| Seen both Rurouni Kenshin and Peace Maker Kurogane, and I must say that Kenshin beats PMK hard!! The story in PMK is boring~~ |

| yea the manga is preety good and explains stuff better. but the manga starts when tetsu and tatsu are all ready part of the sinsengumi but other wise the manga is better as are most books compared to their TV/Movie counter parts |

I think PMK is better. It has its own story. NOt copy of RK. And it has some funny scene too. And most of that is tragic! But I like it. Not like RK. Most of them is filled with romance between Kaoru and Kenshin. That's boring... ![](\"/images/zap_sig.gif\") |

Is it me, or did some of the Captains from Bleach somehow remind of the characters from PMK?

i read the manga and i loved it!yet to watch the anime though ,as for comparisions....nthng beats rurouken....maybe blade of the immortal. i really liked ayu-ne ......:( |
