Do you think you can live without subs in anime? Your only other choices would be Dubbed or Raw. Dubbed is HORRIBLE and I don't understand Raw, so I probably wouldn't live without subs. Ug.

For the time being, I'd die without subs. Then again, there are a few dubbed titles I could live on... nah, no I wouldn't; I'd die (even though those dubbed anime are good). You're lucky if you can understand Japanese. One day, I will be able to join that wagon as well. [edit] That just proves one point though. That is to thank the subgroup(s) for the hard work they do every day, week, month, etc. ~arigatou gozaimasu. ;3 -------

There we go for the war between dub and sub again... but if you ask me, I really hate (no offence) dubbed anime, so without sub probabbly I'll miss some great anime... A member of [Haruhiism] ハルヒ主義 Club !

I love watching Pokemon in Dubbed version,can understand Japanese to an extent so wouldn't need subs,and watches raws for 90% of the animes i watch. Yes i can very well live without subs.Banzai. ただいま日本語の勉強中です。まだ子どもの本やふりがなの含む漫画しか読めない程度に上達していますので、話しかける時は難しい漢字や俗語を使うのを遠慮していただけませんか。

Wll I wold prefer subs because most of the time the dubs are awful but youdo get the odd good dub like: FMA Coyote Ragtime Show GITS: SAC

I'm fine with RAW coz I really like sashimi but not too often. I would rather die than watching 'DUBBED' anime!! That would be the most terrible nightmare for me ~_~ Ja mata ne, mi-chan yori~ 馬鹿は死ななきゃ直らない。

I can, because i understand japanese a little, then again i do need them to make i know what's going ,and also if i wanna learn new words!!^^

Subs arent bad, you never get the full thing when its been dubbed coz they always change the good jokes and things for the youngens so i think subbed is much better, can easy live with out sub if must

I can live without subs, but sometimes the dubbing voices make me retch... Jeannie Elias as Yachiru in Bleach for example. *shudder*

I can't, i understand japanise a little, but not much.. and whit subs iam learning new words! little by little ^^) but some Dubbed animes are good, but Sub are lot bether ^^)

no i can't becuz some english dubbed animes r so horrible like for example (in my opinion)Naruto and Bleach. Also, some r edited.

yup for me i'd also die without subs.. can't understand japaneses den i don't like the dubbing... so dat leaves me with no other choice but SUBS! tnx 4 those hu dedicate their lives in making subs -what is found here might be found elsewhere but something not found in here may also not be found anywhere- HI HELLO TO EVERYONE

I tend to agree that dubs can change things a little in dialect...with the subs at least you know exactly what it is. When it comes to Anime - I just can't get enough.

If I start an anime in subs I can go to dubs, but when starting in dubs I can't go to subs. If I knew Japanese (and I'm trying to learn) I could go RAW. Asobi ni Iku yo! is my K-ON.

In some cases, I can't go from dubs to subs =/ Kinda the same with subs to dubs. For example, I can't watch Haruhi in English, and I can't watch Fruits Basket in Japanese. It really kinda depends for me. As for living without subs, I don't think I could =p I'm way to impacient to wait for the dub. I can't watch Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai without subs! I'd be so impacient/lost! =p

no sub = no anime for me i hate dubbed, original voices is better a lot
