Japanese song with wind Intro

There was this song I remember listening to about 6 or so years ago, but have never been able to find. I forgot all the lyrics, who it was by, what it was from, and it has been haunting my dreams for the past few months. That said, can anyone help identify a song that all I really remember about it was that it was Japanese, pop/techno style, possibly anime based, was around 6+ years ago, and the intro and the outtro (or whatever) both have near silence with a wind sound starting/stopping. I am also pretty sure that the song was over 6 minutes long, and the first band I thought of was Dream (or DRM now?), but none the songs I could find were it (not that it isn't by them). If anyone can help identify the song I'd appreciate it. Hopefully my explanation makes sense, cause google doesn't think so. =( |

| Unless there is a remix version I don't know of, it's not that one. The song had a long intro that was just 'wind' like the almost whistling sound for a while. |

Get Over beginning isn't starting with wind...it starts with a light drumming on the symbol.. i have no idea what it might be i prolly might've heard it before but none pops in mind...i only know one that is a mandarin song which starts off with...quite a bit of "wind"  |
