I like: *Murder Princess - Hikari Sasuhou by Back-On [a real gem, I might say] *Zombie Loan - Chain Ring by MUCC *Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou Tou - 0:00 AM by Acid *Darker Than Black - Howling by Abingdon Boys School *Busou Renkin - Makka Na Chikai by Yoshiki Fukuyama Although I like songs from Bleach and Naruto like Distance and After Dark but I'd rather have a song from a not-so-well-known anime series. You guys know any that sound like any of these? |

Have you tried listening to abingdon boys school's other songs? Or have you listened to their album (released about a month ago)? If you liked howling, then you should.  |

Yeah, for instance Nervous Breakdown by abingdon boys school is pretty cool. Hiroki: Are you looking for rock with maybe a bit "dark" feeling? Maybe Red Fraction (opening for Black lagoon), Kaleidoscope by D'espairsRay, Lady love (opening for Shion no oh), and Doubt & trust by access (not really "dark" but After Dark isn't it either). You could also check out Rewrite by Asian kung-fu generation. |

Yes... you said about hikari sasuhou? I love that song. Back - on is a cool band. you should listen to their other songs. Also, some underexposed anime songs that are good are:Kaze No Hi by Ellegarden from I'll/CKBC, Bravin' Bad Brew by Riryka from Venus Versus Virus, and I could go forever, but Everyone would get bored of this so yup. preferably from not-so-well-known anime, male vocals (mahirap mambribe ng female vocalist) and good drums... I tried doubt and trust, really didn't like it... to quack: probably everyone would get bored, but I won't be... send me a list in a private message if you think you'll clogged down this thread... by the way, I'm trying to submit the lyrics for hikari sasuhou (fk metal version) but a url is needed... I had it from a lyrics sheet of a friend... how could I post it? |

Why would you bribe a female vocalist anyway? May banda kayo? And you'll cover an anime theme or something? XD If you're hunting for a song tied to an anime, then I don't have much to recommend. J-metal, J-rock aren't too popular when it comes to anime themes, I think. I'm also assuming that the song you're looking for isn't necessarily 'dark'.
