| hi can anyone here tell me the name of the english opening song on escaflowne. it was used when the show was broadcast on fox kids and it's not on the dvds. it is just someone chanting escaflowne over and over again. thanks to anyone who can help |

fox kids = the suck why do you want the english opening? have you heard Yakusoku wa Iranai? Its one of my favorite songs you know.

| i have the dvds and i like the japenese opening song and i love yoko kanno's work. i have some of the cowboy bebop soundtracks. one of my mates likes the english version and wants this one instead. |

I havent´t heard the ingles version of "Yakosuko wa Iranai", but I guess, no, I think that Maaya Sakamoto´s version is unique!!

Actually, the English dub has this instrumental thing that's not even the tune of Yakusoku Iranai.
