Do you own any games in your collection that are worth a lot? Either in the eyes of a collector, people you know or money wise? You can even list games that you found hard to get or games you simply love that you found hard to come by.    |

| I have two copies of MegaMan X3. This was the last MegaMan game released for the SNES. One is opened and played, the other unopened. Last I checked, the game was worth around $100. That could've changed, though. |

I've got a copy of Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne. That goes for upwards of $250 on sites like Amazon for a pre-owned copy. I have a copy of the original Devil May Cry (Not a copy from the collectors trilogy released not to long ago, an original.) Don't know if it's worth a whole lot now, but as far as I'm concerned it's rare, or at least will be in a few years time. Original copy of The Legend of Dragoon, before it hit greatest hits. It's special to me at least, although it does glitch out from time to time because of scratches. I think I may still have a copy of two or three Sega Genesis games as well. Sonic 2, Streets of Rage and Jurassic Park. Although their probably worthless. |

@Izumo- You have Parasite Eve 1 & 2? I've only seen those once and I can't find them anymore. They were good games. I have Anthology there somewhere too, I might have lent it out. @ Jonathon-san Sorry for the delay....i was checking the ebay prices for these games...i was suprised that Wild Arms was worth so much...i wasn't with Final Fantasy 7 though....$212!!!! DAMN! Time to check Amazon for them as well....you got me curious now...^____^! As for Parasite Eve...as you can see they aren't that worthy...i can say that Parasite Eve 1 was MUCH better then 2...PE2 felt like a Resident Evil game. |

Well Ebay probably isn't the best choice for seeing prices on games. I don't think there are a whole lot of people around who will pay 200+ for FFVII, considering it can still be bought new for 24. Ebay is crazy like that. Unfortunately for me I don't have the Soundtrack CD for Nocturne, I'm planning on buying it in order to get the 2 disc set. Although I don't think the CD will make a huge difference when selling. Afterall, it's the game that's rare. |

Well for Rare games I have: Rez (Imported)(This game USED goes for $40) As for valuable games to just myself I have: Monoply for the Gameboy (This could also be rare) Tetris for the Gameboy (This could also be rare) Battle Stadium D.O.N. Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 (Import Only) Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 (Import Only) Super Robot Wars MX Super Robot Wars Alpha 2 Super Robot Wars Alpha 3 Super Robot Wars D Super Robot Wars J Super Robot Wars W Gundam SEED Destiny Rengou VS ZAFT II PLUS And pretty much all of my imports. Shin Megami Tensei Noctrine was a game that I wanted sooooooooo badly but I never saw it in stores.

dang all ps1 games i got were pirated discs hahaha and my nes and genesis tapes are well pretty darn worthless hahaha its shocking to see wild arms would see for 160 dollars even ff7 for 200...wow |

I have always been monitoring game prices in bids and auctions... Selling rare games are like selling stocks... Prices change time to time... The DMC game is (although popular) isnt that rare and in demand so its worth less than what you are expecting... Ebay prices vary from how you sell them... Packaged, Sealed/Mint, Set... (Depending on the game... Selling them in a set has a better chance of increasing the bid... A Suikoden set will definitely sell well no matter what the condition and it will still get a really good bid...) Cult classics like Nocturne are extremely rare... Especially with a company known for releasing a limited amount of copies are sure to get a very, very good price... Remade games for newer platforms may hurt/increase the price for older versions... "Greatest Hits" are pretty much sold as how much they are originally priced in the stores... Until the demand sets in... (This applies to FFVII) Games in past generations like the NES will have a good bid as a collectors item (which they prefer sealed and mint) Oh yes... and sometimes sellers post nonsense starting bids... which affects the bidding of the item... With the current generation consoles... The PSX titles would be harder to find in the future so the prices are affected Highest possible bid right now for a mint/sealed copy... $110 Kneel Before the Great and Benevolent Cow! |

The Rarest game that I own is Rhapsody: a Musical Adventure, from ATLUS. Currently selling for about $35, so it's not that expensive, but I've only ever actually seen the copy that I own. MOD: I also rember seeing a factory sealed Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES selling for about $250 a my local Half Price Books store.  |

@eddie13: You mean The Misadventures of Tron Bonne? I have a copy of that game. I also have a copy of Kakuto Chojin. It's selling on Ebay for up to $39.99, but since this game was pulled, it might go up. I checked on the MegaMan X3 price on Ebay too: $65.99 It went down... T-T |

im not sure but if your kakuto chojin has that islam music thing on it...then its got to be rare i also read this in a mag that the shinobi genesis game with batman as one of the bosses should also be a rare game |

My apologies for the delay....been busy for a few days. Anyways had the chance to take some photographs of my game collection. *all thumbnailed*     The first 3 are from my PS1 collection...don't ask why i've kept all these...even i don't know why i still have some of these. The 4th pic is my PS2, Xbox, GBA, & PSP collection. Hopefully you are able to see them. *Don't mind the date..i didn't set the time on my camera :P. @ Tenspot-san As you can see i also have Rhapsody.....for me it was one of the easiest games i've ever played yet for some strange reason it has it's charm.... |

| wow I never knew that my legend of dragoon game was rare. to stay on topic I also have a rare game, it's called legend of mana and I see it going between $20-$70 on ebay. |
