Rules for requests:
1. Requests can be put through the thread or PM's.
2. Request will be taken by all the members on the division where the request is applicable.
3. Customers will be given atleast 2 outputs for each request. [These outputs are individually made by different makers.]
4. Finally, any needed edits or modifications that are to be made from the outputs are ONLY to be said to me throught PM.

Rules and Criteria for Contests:
1. Contests would be handled by the Oraganizer of the Month.
2. Prizes to be given are all reponsibilities of the Org Otm. [Org Otm = Organizer of the Month]
3. Entries are to be sent to the Org Otm.
4. Theme, style, and Type of Contest to be used all dependent to the Org Otm.
5. Criteria to be followed in judging:

For both Division:
Quality: ------ 50%
Uniqueness: ---- 20%
Accuracy of borders and other technicalities: ---- 5%
In scheme with the provided theme ------- 5%

The remaining 20%:

For animated:
Creativity of Animation: ------- 20%

For non-animated:
Eye-catcher or Striking~ness: ----- 20%
^ means that the avy would stand out of the others and easily noticed right at the moment the eyes lay on the works being presented. [but it should not be too bright]
