Who knows statistics? I am in need of help. Statistical Analysis [DMRT and ANOVA] for the following Data: oh I forgot to change Musa acuminata to Musa cavendishii but the name of the fruit barely matters -T____T- dakara.. onegai -.-" Anova: Single Factor (3 days After Application of Treatments): I need the table of Descriptive Statistics, table for Anova, H0 and Decision Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT): 0.05 level of significance DMRT: Single Factor (3 days After Application of Treatments): I need the table for DMRT and the mean of the 3 treatments GAH! I don't know how to do this. Help -T_____T- onegai~ m y . L i F E . i . t r a d e . i n . f o r . y o u r . P A i N . |

i don't know the detail but let see if i can get this right for the treatment part, i think its the medium of E.coli inhabitant, meaning the test is conduct using three types of medium the R1-5 is indicate the replication, i don't know if it the type of replications or is it the number of the replications then the zone per day 1-3 i believe it's the day, meaning, day one, day two, day three the number is in scale of MM so the statistic talking about are when E.coli is place on distilled water, E.Coli cannot live or replicate from day one till three, the number there is zero, meaning nothing happen when using Amoxilin the R1 can cover 19.00 MM of the medium or replicate that much, day two it change a bit, then day three well, and so on till you read them all i think it is read that way |

yahp, part of our research paper. ^^ but nevermind~ we're done. ^___^ thanks for your help yance and key >huggz< here's what the stat is supposed to look like: APPENDIX C STATISTICAL ANALYSIS Descriptive Statistics of the First Three Days After Application of Treatments Table 4. Descriptive Statistics on the First Day After Application of Treatments Groups Count Sum Average Variance Column 1 (T0) 5 0 0 0 Column 2 (T1) 5 105 21 3.5 Column 3 (T2) 5 70 14 20.5 Table 5. Descriptive Statistics on the Second Day After Application of Treatments Groups Count Sum Average Variance Column 1 (T0) 5 0 0 0 Column 2 (T1) 5 100 20 2.5 Column 3 (T2) 5 69 13.8 21.7 Table 6. Descriptive Statistics on the Third Day After Application of Treatments Groups Count Sum Average Variance Column 1 (T0) 5 0 0 0 Column 2 (T1) 5 98 19.6 2.3 Column 3 (T2) 5 65 13 16 Anova: Single Factor Table 7. Anova: Single Factor (Two Days After Application of Treatments) Source of Variation SS df MS F P-Value Fcrit Between Groups 1048.133 2 524.0667 64.96694 3.65E-07 3.885294 Within Groups 96.8 12 8.066667 - - - Total 1144.933 14 - - - - Table 9. Anova: Single Factor (Three Days After Application of Treatments) Source of Variation SS df MS F P-Value Fcrit Between Groups 994.5333 2 497.2667 81.51913 1.04E-07 3.885294 Within Groups 73.2 12 6.1 - - - Total 1067.733 14 - - - - H0: The mean zones of inhibition of E. coli for treatments T0, T1 and T2 are the same. Decision: Since F>Fcrit, reject H0 Conclusion: The mean zones of inhibition of E. coli for treatments T0, T1 and T2 are not the same. Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT): 0.05 level of significance Table 10. DMRT: Single Factor (One Day After Application of Treatments) P 2 3 rp 3.082 3.225 Rp 3.898456 4.079338 Let the mean of: T0 = x1 = 0 T1 = x2 = 21 T2 = x3 = 14 Conclusion: Since the difference between x1 and x2 (21) is greater than rp3 (3.225), x1 and x2 are significantly different from each other. Since the difference between x2 and x3 (7) is greater than rp2 (3.082), x2 and x3 are significantly different from each other. Therefore, Treatments T0, T1 and T2 are significantly different from one another. Table 11. DMRT: Single Factor (Two Days After Application of Treatments) P 2 3 rp 3.082 3.225 Rp 3.914666 4.096300 T Table 12. ohnoez~ it's actually just 2 pages long. our statistical analysis is chicken scratch compared to other researches... ginawa lang kase namin toh para makapasa. kase first research namin was about cocoa as blood sugar regulator in Mus musculus ito talaga sa amin with all heart and soul pinaghirapan for a long time; tapos wala kmeng proper drug to induce hyperglycemia!! :'( [wala sa pinas-- rawrr pinas <_<] and then we changed it to rambutan as antifungal something something... but then because of human error, there was no zone of inhibition in any of the replicates! O.O; and since Rambutan was a seasonal fruit, it was quite difficult to obtain && defend sa panelists, sooo we changed again! [TT____TT] this time, to antibacterial-- which is kindergarten stuff blah~ XP haaay naku. ampanget na ng research namehn. pero 'yun nga,~ at least meron -T__T- m y . musta naman ung amin? kakawate shampoo. pangtanggal garapata. tas lahat ng mga isinulat q dun, sooper barbers. pag binasa mo, aakalain mong pinaghirapan un ng grupo, but the truth is i did it all myself. 22 pages . . . san ka pa?! heto ang excerpt: Motivated, our group first conducted researches on three things, namely: kakawate, fleas, and shampoo. These were the most important things to be considered in making this product. After the research, we were about to start for the making of the product. . . . The next step was testing the products. It was difficult to find pet owners who were willing to test our product with their pets having flea problems, but we were able to find them. The members who contracted them were the ones who were assigned on monitoring the effects of the samples. After the all the dogs had used the product five times, the group conducted a meeting to discuss the results of the observations. . . . wala naman talagang ganyan na nangyari. walang experiment. mula research hanngang sa paperworks (actually, yan lang dalawa), aq lang gumawa. the research i made was a scientifically written fiction. hahaha, buti na lang mautak aq at pagbabayarin q na lang mga kasamahan q. mas may kwenta pa ata ung sa inyo eh. |
