Oh no, Ayumi...

Hamasaki Ayumi, the Jpop superstar, has lost her hearing on her left ear completely... And no it's incurable T_T She's still gonna sing though. She's still gonna do her tour in 2008. That's the spirit! >:D I'm not a big fan of her, but as a Jpop fan, this is still quite a shock for me. Let's hope she won't lose another ear, or else it might end her career for real... oh, i heard about that, yup she still going to sing, but lost her left hearing completely well that new for me, the last i heard the doctor already diagnose that her left ear is going bad, but now it has lost it function, wew that fast

Dang, that's pretty serious. She's like, one of the top artist in Japan overall! I praise her for not giving up on her friends, even though she lost hearing in one ear. According to that article link, she said the problem could've first been caused eight years ago. I hope I see the concert or some clips online, and see how much her fans love her. Cause she's probably the biggest J-Pop singer in Japan and the number of her fans are extraordinary! I'm not the biggest fan of Hamasaki Ayumi, but I am a fan of her and her music. She has a lovely voice and she's a very beautiful singer. ♥♥♥

Oh man, that's just the pits. Poor Ayu... :( Hopefully her hearing will somehow come back. I'm going to be hopeful. |

i heard it somewhere...poor her. but she have a great spirit to continue....i just hope her other ear's not gonna end up like that.  |

I am really proud of her not to let her fans down... Still continuing to sing even though... erk... but still, I really am glad that it's not something like she could not sing anymore or such... I like her style and continuing to collect most of her songs.. XP

As long as she still can sing, it doesn't reall matter at all. After all, she still has the ultimate voice. She is my no. 1 4ever! Ayu rocks!!!

Oh noes! :( However, I imported one of her CD albums after hearing small samples of it somewhere online. Truly a sincere artist with a one-of-a-kind voice. Hope the other ear doesn't give out and she can continue her singing career. |

as a big fan of ayu, i hope she stops singing! she already made awesome musics and i guess she's tired. Well, not exactly tired (she loves singing and performing), but her body is exhausted (the left ear is a warning i guess) i think. i love her songs and want to hear more of her songs but i don't want her to lost her right ear!! T_T  |
