View Requests looks funny

If I click "View Requests" when logged out, the table gets a little screwed up. It happens in both Firefox and IE. The top row seems to be missing the cell over the user column. It probably doesn't affect usability or anything, and it's fine when I'm logged in, but I just thought you should know. And I hope it's not just my computer that's being weird.
