Hi, Two days ago right after downloading Yakitate Japan Ep27 titled : Japan #2, I had tried out the recipe, and guess what, my family really like it!! Just like what the Yakitate producer had said, the bread is really very fluFFY!! Totemo oishi desu!! Yappari, Yakitate Japan is so cool!! Gakkoi... ja mata ne mi-chan

I wished they did that for every episode, I want that Dragon bread, and melon pan. Though I dont think I am that good of a baker.

Zomg nice, I would try it myself sept Im a lazy ass. They said you could add green tea to make it flavored Did you add your own spice? Or followed the original recipe? |

Tee...hee, Since Azuma-kun said that the measurements of ingredients have to be exact, i followed everything...but I have quite a hard time in fermenting the dough...but at last, Yakitate Japan#2,kouka, kanpeki... Ja mata ne, mi-chan

Japan #2? what's it called? is it the one you cook in the rice cooker? does it have a special step-by-step procedure offered on the show through realistic scenes?  |

| yup luv it! one of the greates animes yet watched! but the freakin endin got kinda weird....i mean it jes suddenly ended at 69! they shud have jes made 1 extra episode 70! not less not more....cauz it jes ended in a rush! but luv kawaji :P |
