For me its gotta be Infinite Undiscovery its name even implies that its so confusing. Its for the xbox360 and if your connected to xbox live it can be a living hell for you. The game needs you to be connected online to load your save file... and if your playing and didnt save for a long time cause the save points are ridiculously spread apart and suddenly your xboxlive disconnects for some ridiculous reason it signs you out and resets the whole game.. also theres no hints when your stuck in an area to use the flute cause you forget you even have it since you never use it that much. Just playing this game made me want to switch over to the PS3. Which games give you trouble that you end up giving up?  |

Ninja turtles 1 on the original NES: The part where you get passed the dam after having dismantled the bombs, and then have to rescue Splinter. There is this sewer level with an IMPOSSIBLE JUMP. You CANNOT make the jump because of the dimensions, and every single time, you fall into the water and it carries you back to a certain point earlier in the level. Utterly ridiculous V_V The Tick on either SNES or Genesis: This game is ridiculously hard because it's long. I played through like 20 levels of colored ninjas, only to finally arrive at the next part of the game: 20 levels of colored mobsters. Talk about time consuming! I became way too bored to continue -_- It's really a firm belief for me that the older the console, the harder the games. It seems that most new games are generally beatable, but that's probably because they have difficulty levels hahah.  |

Megaman 2 is a bastard as well as Ninja Gaiden on the Nintendo. I hate them/love them. |

O.D.T and Megaman X6 both come to mind. So sucky.

megaman X4 when i first tried it. it was web spider. OK I was just a kid when I tried that and I cried in frustration. And probably Valkyrie profile ps1 at lezards tower and those big eyeballs. You really have to bring along 3 spell casters to get pass lezards tower and you have to kill all three eyeballs all at the same time. which in turn makes my warriors un-leveled.I think there other dungeons where you need to bring an all caster party where fights that last longer than boss battles. Lezard died with in just one round. |

oh c'mon MegamanX4 & X6 was not that hard, a really hard megaman game would have to be MegamanX3. why do i say this because the bosses pull-off bullshit when their weak & sigma is just plain invincible& i h8ted it. that would be a frustrating game for me & COD4 on Hard mode

that was my first megamanX game where zero is fully playable. OK I was using zero lol. and my fingers always hurts when using X. I did not knew better when I first played it. though X4 was the only X series that I managed to finish. I got to the last level on X5 then my classmate asked for the game back. only played X1 and a bit of X3 before that(both unfinished), and I was really exited to try out zero with his Z saber. I only saw somebody playing X3 and sigma has a shield. Yeah I was there watching for half an hour then he decided to give it a try the next day. Wonder if hie finished it. |

I'd say Valkyrie profile 2:Silmeria. Dude, like every 5 seconds the screen goes like loading.... a long long time!!!! It's so annoying!! And also the battles are kinda hard man!!

Hmm...There'll be a lot of games I can name. But to name few they would be: -Monster Hunter Freedom 1,2,2nd G(Frustrating in a good way.Hehehe Love-Hate relationship.) -Megaman X3,X4 -Megaman Legends(What the hells up with some of the bosses?!)  |

Umm... i'm sure there were some... Well, maybe Rosenkreuzstilette, second level of the castle. But i think it wasn't the worst... For some reason Megaman series weren't that hard actually... except for last boss in one of Megaman Zeroes... Currently i'm struggling at Ragnarok Battle Offline, trying to finish off level 44 of arena and beat Baphomet on story level 7 with female archer... but i haven't given up yet... although i have a feeling that level 44 should be finished in a party of two or three at least... |

i dun think any megaman X(especially 4-8) is hard when u compared to megaman 1-7 xD

| The Dragon Quest Games.....paying for equips was a royal PAIN when you make such miniscule amounts off of the monsters. Otherwise they were tons of fun! Playing DQIV for the DS as we speak as a matter of fact. |

Finished RBO with archer and managed to beat arena level 44, playing with magician with my second hand. So it's not that hard. So for now only Rosenkreuzstilette. |

as Catarax said, NES's ninja turtles is friggin hard, when I was a kid though. I don't know if I'll ever find my missing NES to play it again If my memory serves right, the sewer level is the one that's full of anti-mouse mechs and those jellyfish-like machines that runs through all the line (top-mid-bottom), and I never reached that level (already frustrated when I have to face that 4-armed giant), only seeing my uncle played it like mad ^^ Tony Hawk Underground final mission: Beat Eric's best line in 1 combo... I was like WTF, took me about an hour or so finishing that combo, with my left thumb already sore and cramped -_-;; and the last game to frustrate me was SRWOGs2 final stage against that gigantic Stern-NeueRegisseur... talk about underestimating and fighting it head on relying on a single all-out wave using all of my SP and EN, without destroying the grunts first... Purely suicide, took me about 30+ turns to resupply and attack it in waves -_-;;

Before I knew about game guides, it was Unlimited Saga..I got stuck!! It was sooo annoying!!! But at least it had the FFX-2 preview (Japanese version)!!

Maybe....KOF (every version), Metal Slug (if you are begginer with a few coins, it can be) But the game that was the most frustrating, at least for me, was Banjo-Tooie, collecting all the jigsaw pieces... >_<  |
