i want to know the songs with the longest duration you've ever hear/know for me, the longest song that i know is blooming days(second ending song of "you're under arrest") at 6 minute and 40 second anybody know any song longer than that?  |

Two Mix's Last Impression is over 8 mins long i think. In terms of vocals it is one of the longest i've heard. Requiem from akira i found it more like a chant...a song nonetheless XD. Darkness & Starlight from the Black Mages is over 15 mins long...it's the opera song from Final Fantasy 6. That's all i can think of off the top of my head.  |

Not anime, but the song "secret of mana plus" is a 45 minute techno remix, and is quite good.

Yeah neither are anime songs but Dragonforce and Dream theater can easily have songs 7 to 8 mins long. However good techno music can easily go for 1 or 2 hours.

| Well, if we don't count OST stuff, then I think the longest I've heard is Kimi ga Tame, the ED for Utawarerumono episode 26, it goes on for 7:02. |

not counting medleys, longest song i've heard is, not an anime song, which is gekisei by merry at 15 minutes 12 seconds.   |
