Trip Japan in March 2009, so.. I have questions =D
|
I have signed up for a Japan trip for my school and I was wondering if anyone knows what specific places(shops/) that I must go? It is in March, but I'm just so EXCITED!! X3 So.. the question is basically.. -places for shopping..? -souvenirs that is worth buying (like a must buy thing) -any interesting info =D -A must take picture place..(probably everywhere) I have been searching for a plushie called "Sirotan" and I really want one made in Japan.. (but it'll probably be made in china or something.. T^T) and you can buy it in a store called mother garden, but I don't know where it is.. It is going to be in any of the places we are visiting? Here are the places we will be visiting (I really don't understand if these are street or like.. cities.. so i'm just typing what's on the paper. XD I tried searching on google, but failed to understand.. and somehow got distracted.) - Oyama, Narita, Chiba - Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo - Hakone - Nishiki 3-chome(??), Naka-ku, Nagoya - Uehonmachi, Tennoji-ku, Osaka - Rinkuorai Kita, Izumisano, osaka(again?) - Takanawa,Minato-ku, Tokyo yeah... I don't understand... XD I have been to Japan once or twice, (once when I was little and the 2nd time about 2 or3 years ago) but never with the school.. so it's gonna be great!!! =D æ‹ãŒã—ãŸã„。 |

Hey, where's Kyoto?! No trip to Japan is complete without a trip to Kyoto and Nara! Do go there; also, if you have time, go to Kamakura to see the Daibutsu there. |

try the okonomiyaki when u're in osaka. Supposedly it's the best place to get some. if you want anime n gift stuff in japan..aki something i forgot the name of the city. go to shibuya if u want to party. Tokyo has a train system...which only cost about 250 yen which is $2.50. Its quiet cheap. Hope you have fun :) |

ive been to shibuya, osaka and okinawa. it was really confusing on the streets but every now and then youll find a passerby that talks english or just look for white/black people theyre always there. some of em are nice to ask for directions the tokyo train station isnt much different from my country korea but culture wise some of it is stolen from china and korea, but their matsuri is original i suppose. I couldnt find a shared hot spring for men and women, does anyone know which prefecture has em? im going their for my swimming competition this summer. wats better sushi buffet or cake buffet? |

Get practice in, language wise. It just makes things easier.

I just recently had the same problem and purchased a button-up shirts from Brixton, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The fit was just right, and the attention to detail in the design was evident. It is obvious that Brixton pays close attention to craftsmanship. The ordering process on their website went smoothly and my package was delivered quickly. I recommend checking out their collection if you want stylish and well-made woven tops. |
