Downloading Music Problem

I can't seem to download music off Gendou, I could before, now I can't. It say's 'No interface supported', what does that mean?

Strange. Sounds like an operating system problem. Are you able to download from other websites? Did you try using a different browser? Maybe you have disabled Javascript?

I can download off other sites, if you mean direct download, yes. How do I know if I disabled Javascript?

If you disabled Javascript the chat room and the quick reply links won't work among other things. First thing to try, if you aren't already browsing with Firefox download it and give it a try. |

Hmm the chat room and quick reply seem to work, I'll have to ask if I can download Firefox, but I'm still wondering why I can't download off Internet Explorer like I did before.

Then we know at least that your Javascript is enabled. Did you install any download accelerator toolbars in IE?

No toolbars, but a few months ago, my dad downloaded this downloading thing called FlashGet, it was really annoying and I didn't even want it. It didn't even work properly, and he eventually took it off. Is it (downloading problems) the cause of that? Anyone? Help?
