Further proof that Hollywood has pulled the soul out of Dragonball and threw it aside. All they're going to do is put different costumes on the shell that's left and get us to buy them all. *sighs* I've lost faith in humanity, or at least the portion that lives in Hollywood. Seriously, if you want to play a Dragonball game after seeing the movie, PLAY A DRAGONBALL GAME, it's not like there's a shortage of them or anything. You know that this game will sell like 500,000 copies or more though, if only for the people (mostly kids) who obey the words of their movie overlords and buy the junk they see advertised for the movie. Who's willing to bet that this game will be worse than any Dragonball game ever produced? -Will most likely be released before the movie even hits the screen to get people interested in the movie and go see it, which brings in people who will see the movie and then buy the game. -Is being put out by the best company ever to spawn from the circle of hell reserved for corporate game mergers, Bandai Namco. -Has a 90% chance of being ported to another system and/or having a sequel. -Will be cheaply produced, the same as every movie tie-in game, in order to make a profit on unsuspecting kids and people. All we have to wait for now are the backpacks, lunchboxes, shirts, toys, TV Series (It's a scary possibility, a TV series based on a movie, based on a TV series, based on a manga from over a decade ago), birthday supplies, Mc.Donald's toys, posters, fruit snacks, cereal, aren't you all just looking forward to the coming months of watching one of your beloved franchises brutally torn apart before your eyes? I know I am. I've already got my Pokemon cereal, Hello Kitty Pop-tarts and Final Fantasy fruit drink ready so that I can sit back and enjoy all the commercialism about to happen.    |

whahaha that game is like a palette swap from the ps2 dragonball Z games whahahah btw i am guilty of actually WANTING to play that street fighter movie arcade game... i was 8 back then and we passed by the arcade and i saw the game and i was like "WOW THAT'S COOL! REAL LIFE GRAPHICS!" whahahahaha |
