In the world of real boxing. There are two kind of stands in boxing the right handed Orthodox stance while left hand the Southpaw Stance. My question right now is what kind of stance are the using? 1. Makunouchi Ippo 2. Takamura Mamoru 3. Aoki Masaru 4. Kimura Tatsuya 5. Itagaki Manabu 6. Miyata Ichirou 7. Mashiba Ryou 8. Date Eiji 9. wow, you're really into Ippo huh. I dunno, should we combine all these separate Ippo threads? There's already a thread for the 2nd season. I'll answer the easy one. But first, the orthodox/southpaw stance is really an easy choice for the boxer, it depends on whether he was born right-handed or left handed. So far all the boxers in the series adopted either orthodox/southpaw according to their hand preference, except for that one guy who fought Sendou using southpaw on purpose. Ippo uses a peek-a-boo orthodox style.
