call me weird but i love the saints verson of lilium does anyone else kno what other songs sound like this and if so please post the names here, oh yeah another example of this music is the menu song in castlevania:circle of the moon please.. need... more... creepy music p.s. i know it says nnot to make threads like this but i really need to know ~*_-_*~Without honour, without grace you will travel to the darkest place.~*_-_*~

elfen lied rocks! lilium is one of those songs you cant stop humming in your head. If i remember creepy songs like this, i'll be sure to post it  |

elfen lied's OP lilium has a very scary tune in german but it's ED sung by chieko kawabe has a romantic tune...... no wonder this anime is so unique.. |

I'd recommend "Prelude" from Silent Moebius, plus perhaps some other stuff from that series; somewhat similar though with different-sounding vocals would be music from Macross Plus. Then there's always the Halo theme, though that's game music. Excellent though.

If Im not Wrong .. The song is either sang in latin or german.. but its a song u cant keep it out of head juz do pointless humming of it whenever u think of this song .. but creepy tho .. this song

Wow..I love Lilium. I can sing it by heart..I checked my iPod and saw that I've listened to it 300 times!! Thats scary..O.o

Lilium is a song unique in his kind.... Sarah Brightman's songs comes close, like Beautiful. Just search for Saraha Brightman in Alta Vista or something |

If you liked Lilium, which is one of my favourite songs, you might like The Sacred Moon-OP from Shingetsutan Tsukihime (Lunar Legend Tsukihime) It doesn't have any lyrics, but the atmosphere is about the same. If your going for the Latin aspect of the song, there's Gradus Vita from the Hellsing OVA. Atmosphere isn't really sad, but the latin is there. |

Lilium is no one of my favorite songs, but it's ok, I have listened all the version, and is fine, but not really like for me :P And I don't know songs like that one   |

"Sanctus" from Angel Sanctuary is pretty good. The beginning of "Will" From Melody of Oblivion is creepy. The violins just make me shudder.  |

I agree Sanctus is great, Infact I enjoyed quite alot of the songs suggested on here. Anyway, I combined the extended darkjedi version of lilium with the saint version and it sounds great, download it here: http://up-file.com/download/040187951317/Rai.mp3.html (I uploaded it to this site under the name "Combined lilium rendition" but I'm not sure if it's going to be used or not. I like "Lilium" but the opening version. It did made the series more interesting and gave it a mystery atmosphere!   |
