When is Fnet = Ff?

how does it work?

sorry, taking physics 12 but sucking at it..

Fnet I assume, is the net force acting on a body.
Ff I assume, is the force of friction.

When they are equal, all forces but that of friction are zero or cancel out.
An example might be a sled traveling along flat ice.
It will slow at a constant rate due to the constant force of friction.
