when i download some songs, after the completion shows 99%, a pop up says tat the file i downloaded no longer exist in my download file. i couldn't download only in my home, when i'm elsewhere, i could. why is tat? please please help.

Sounds like you have download accelerator software enabled. Disable that software and you will be able to download normally.

I can't seem to download any music/episodes. I've clicked the song/episode link, but the download just doesn't seem to start. I can navigate around the site alright, and I don't have any download accelerators installed. I was wondering if there was perhaps a limit to the number of songs a free user can download in total? Could you point out the problem for me? Thank you very much!

In the logs, I see you begin a download, but the connection appears to drop unexpectedly. I suspect this might be a routing problem. Are you able to download large files from other websites?
