I'm real partial to alot of the early Pokemon, so I think for me it comes down to `Mew` and `Suicune`. Both were pretty epic and got their own movies to come out and really show their stuff, and they are part of the first 250 or so Pokemon. What can I say; I prefer the days when I actually knew the pokemon out, where as now Im lucky to know ONE I go out and capture in Diamond, xDD! |

@ Jonathon — No Zapdos to complete your legendary bird trio? I've always been partial to those birds as being the first legendaries we get to come across, and they fall right behind my top favorites ( Mew, Suicune ) so I gotta say all three birds are awesome ~ |

@Shuyin- Nah, for some reason I'm just not a fan of Zapdos. The bird Pokemon were awesome Legendaries though. |

Lol, I came to really like the birds after Pokemon The Movie 2000, since it showed off all their skill and whatnot in some INTENSE combat. I mean really, they were fighting not only themselves but Lugia and a few of Ash's pokemon aswell. I also loved Zapdos alot because it was the first Legendary you could get in the old Pokemon games, where Articuno came second and Moltres third. |

i don't even remember much pokemon anymore...but mine are Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos and Lugia. lol all the early ones...xD  |

LOL, Yes! Old School Pokemon FTW! :D Cause it's so true the new pokemon are just out of hand. I think there are WAY too many out now, and I think they should have stopped after the second generation pokemon ( The set with Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and the other one as starters ) as that list was actually a good one. Everything after that seems way too much, and is just abit silly and out of hand. WHile there ARE a few pokemon that are worthy in the newest lists, 90% of them are there to take up space and whatnot. Old school, ftw. |

Power-wise , I would go with Arceus but he looks ugly, a deranged llama jesus. So in conclusion to pick out my favorite legendary pokemon. I had to go with Suicune. Used it quite a number of times in-game. :3     |

LOL.. I just need to post in here... List would include (arranged in gen): +Articuno - lol, during Yellow, Blue, Red.. Articuno has the most AWESOME image ever... XD and yeah.. icy goodness~ +All three legendary dogs(Suicune, Raiku, Entei)- aside from them being the most cool trio(IMO)... they are the most difficult to track... (in G/S... AND w/o trading) +Jirachi - lol.. doom desire and wish.. XD and yeah.. the cutest legendary ever.. (celebi? psshh..) XD +Arceus - hmm.. I dunno why.. but he's like a brother to Absol.. There's the 'creator' pokemon.. then the 'disaster' pokemon.. XD I see no 3rd gen legends here except rayquaza and jirachi.. XD

Mewtwo, hands down is the greatest. They say that #493 is officially the strongest, but yeah, put those two in a battle. Rayquaza and Deoxys are also amazing though. Suicune was pretty cool, too, especially in the game. Entei was way to easy to capture, but Suicune was so hard cause it kept running away all the time. It appeared in the one Celebi movie to save Ash; don't remember if Raiku ever made an appearance? The Rayquaza/Deoxys movie/showdown was pretty awesome though, especially when it kept changing forms. The birds overall are kind of an awesome set though, as lame as it can sound. Lugia and Ho-Oh were cool with Silver and Gold, but hey, Dark Lugia anybody? XD Zapdos had one of the lamest appearances. Should've been reincarnated, lol. I love watching the movies cause it's really the only time you saw the legendary Pokemon, but I hate how the enemy would, with ease, just damage them so recklessly with fancy unattractive machines and vehicles.

I feel ya, DA. In the movies Legendaries are super powerful, but at the same time they get hurt by the enemy like they are lacking power? Like wtf? o_O; Suicune, Mew, Lugia, the three birds, and maybe throw Mewtwo in ... That's a pretty hardcore list right there. Ya know what I would love to see? Every single 'Legendary' pokemon from every game, form the entire pokmeon list, battling it out in a HUGE free-for-all. Imagine how epic that battle would be? Prolly end the world, though, xD! |

DA- Nearly every Legendary has appeared in a movie. Im nt so sure which pokemon with which movie, but so far mainly the D/P legends hvnt really came up in a movie. Shuy- Imagine u lived in that world, and all the legends really came together, would u like it? The damage scale would be off the charts! But all the same, it would be great to watch it^^ My favourite? Does it really hv to be legendary? Cos in the game, i love using venesaur and swampert.(sorry abt venesaurs spelling, i cant remember hw to spell it since i named my venesaur saur, like Red from the manga). Using Rayquaza and Swampert was my best combo against my brother, hu uses Charizard and Scizor, as i dived and flew with each pokemon^^ But if i really had to choose a legendary, I would choose Entei, cos in the manga AND the movie, he was usually the nice guy And hated? Definately raikou. Cos the producers dont give him enof screen time. I mean COME ON! hw many times hv u actually seen raikou in action? he was used ONCE in the manga, Chapter 2. Movie? only seen with suicune and entei, NVR by himself. Series?(the one with Ash and Brock) All i think abt the series is that Suicune probably has a crush on Ash, bcos nearly only suicune appears as the most common legendary shown in the series (VERY VERY SORRY FOR THIS LONG POST)
