for me its gotta be the cosplay and the people you meet there [free hugs] lol and the artist alley. what i dont like about them is cosplay bashers [luckly hasnt been a victim or at least thinks not] and running out of pocky :( oh and when they end

God and music (and possibly Anime and Manga 2 XD) |

good cosplays of female cosplayers from like, h-anime and harem, or a girl with cleavage. ;P the professional ones, if you ever get the lucky chance to see it, are just straight out godlike hotness. never been to one, but you gotta feel somewhat at home seeing there's a million other people somewhat remotely like yourself. XD

For me it would have to be Cosplaying, hanging out with your Anime buddies, and spending your money on Anime merchandise!! :3 I could practactically live there just seeing all the great people who are just like our selfs. . . I call Anime-Cons, Otaku Heaven! XD    |

Factors that makes anime conventions soo enjoyable - Being able to mingle with people who share a common interest. - Flaunting at those sexy cosplayers. - Cool merchandises that wash your eyes by just looking at them.     |

for me, it's all about the interactive zones and the energetic crowd. karaoke, live dubbing session, special self-portrait from doujin artists, arcades, interactive quizzes, challenging mini games, learning how to play some TCGs, "try cosplay yourself", friendy competitions and quick tournaments, etc. Those are the kind of interactive experiences that I seek from conventions and of course, it feels nice to be with people that shares the same interest, and I like it when the crowd goes wild I don't really care about anime merchandises on conventions, they WILL make a hole in your pocket fo sho, and if I think twice about it... "Hey, do I really need this? This is equal to my lunch for the next two weeks!" except if you wait for the closing time and they give you a big discount, then that's another story ^^ but then again, I have only been to anime cons twice (AFA 2008 & 2009), so I can't tell much about conventions

I've been to numerous cons in the past, to my count around 6 so far. Sure that isn't a large number by any means but i'm proud to be apart of those 6. The biggest thrill for me is to be able to meet the artists & actors that bring my fave series to life. It's not everyday that you get to meet the likes of CLAMP, Naoko Takeuchi-san, Kazue Yamamoto-san, Kunihiko Ikuhara-san, Mari Iijima-san, Kotoko...etc. The chance to have brief conversations & recieve an autograph from them will be forever a moment in my anime fandom. Interacting with them & telling them how much you love their work & seeing them smile at that is priceless. That reason alone is why i attend anime cons. Of course there is also nothing like interacting with fellow fans talking about your fave series & making new friends along the way. That too is also priceless. However one thing that is not 'priceless' is the amount of merchandise (many of the rare or hard to find) variety....i can't even imagine how much i've spent on stuff...those who have seen photos of my room can acount for that. There are also many interactive activities that are apart of the anime con, from concerts, to cosplay (seeing sexy girls dress up is worth a 1000000 words!! though i'm to busy drooling & taking pictures to actually say any of them). My advice is if you ever get a chance to attend a con, no matter how big or small you do it. Many memories & possible new friendships will leave an impression on you when you leave.  |

I love everything ! Especially the stuffs , pocky , kawaii cosplayers and the big posters , feels like i'm in a different world and it's great :)    |

lots of people gathering and sharing their ideas like fanmade manga's, games meeting the ACTUAL actors that comes from another countries or where your from eating food that don't exist in your area's seeing cosplayers Entering Events like Cosplay Chess, dance offs and such :D
