Played the demo last night, this game is going to be insane. Gameplay is very, very similar to God of War and a few aspects are just like its gameplay, too. The combos look awesome, and those main big time finishers are common to God of War as well. Visual wise, friggin' awesome. The cut scenes looked amazing, seriously better than the Assassin's Creed II opening animation. The demo just got upped on PSN, so if you can try it out, it's recommended.

I just finished the demo not 30 seconds ago, and its intense. Definitely boosted the game to a must buy for me.  |

I also just finished the demo a little while ago, although my opinion of it is on the opposite side of Maiku's. The game has a very very similar design to God of War. I'm not throwing out that line like other people do to classify any third person action game these days, it basically is God of War except with Greek Mythology swapped out with Christianity. The difference I felt however is that Dante's Inferno has a crap load more QTE's (Haven't played GOW in a long time, so maybe it had as many as Dante's Inferno). The constant QTE's are probably the most annoying thing about the game (same can be said about GOW too I suppose). The setting and story are interesting enough, but I don't think I'll be buying it. Bayonetta is out in about 2 weeks and honestly, that seems to be a lot more fun.    |

@Haoie - Exactly. I may rent it at some point. Despite the fact I dislike the number of QTE's and the striking resemblance to God of War, I do want to see the story through because of the fact that it's based off of the divine comedy as well as having the levels of hell thing. |
